Flawless sound, for the two weeks that it played. Especially liked the three band equalizer and preamp combo. With the brass nut the sustain was forever. The finish and feel are very nice.

Built well, beautiful finish. Will make a beautiful wall hanging, if I can't get it to play again. Been trying to get a replacement preamp board, either in warranty, or pay for it. Absolutely no response from Tune. Been e-mailing them for two months now, with no response at all. No phone numbers provided at all on the website. Wouldn't buy another. Heard they were the hottest sellers in Japan and Thailand. Obviously not in the USA. Thought they were just rare. Now I know why.

Absolutely no customer support. I have been sending them e-mails for two months now with NO RESPONSE at all. With no access to repair parts, what can you do. Aftermarket or customize.

I have been playing for a lot of years now. I have other bass problems over the years. Always resolved with parts or service. Will have to replace the preamp board with another, like the Aguilar OBP-3TK at my expense, or use it as a stage prop or possibly wall art. It is beautiful to look at.
