made in early eighties,Korea.21 frets and four strings.it has a solid top. two volume and one tone controls.pickups are original vantage,oneprecision type one jazz type.passive. body made of alder,neck is maple three pieces.finish is a transparent black. Tuners are sealed gotoh type.regular scle neck.

the sound from this bass is wonderful,from a deep resonant growl from the P pickup to a nice bright crisp tone from the jazz. A combo of the two gives a wide range of very usable tones. I use this guitar with a peavey data bass amp four hundred watts, with a bw fifteen. it is great for recording and playing live.
