this bass suits me down to a tee! ive been looking for AGES for the bass with a sound for me, ive been torn between a new fender american standard J and a music man stingray, but now ive found the sound that i like. I've always been a fan of Warwicks, but i fancied a good old fender for studio work, but this $$ has SOOO many sounds, and i havent come across one that i dont like!
I play alot of disco music, aswell as pop, funk, rock, jazz, blues and country, and this bass has a sound for all occasions.
i use this bass through an Ashdown Mag300 amp into an ashdown 15" cab and a Hartke 4X10 with tweater cab. you can get extremly mellow lows aswell as crisp defined highs and everything inbetween, not to mention the warwick growl.
the only dislike, i suppose, is that theres alot of ways to tweak the sound, which i know is a good thing, but its alot to take in when you first get your hands on it. after a few hours of playing it, i found the sounds i wanted to use :)

the only thing bad i suppose, and this is no fault of warwicks, was that the strings werepretty worn in because it was played in the shop so much. (but i managed to get a new set of strings off the short for free!)
oh yeah, you may have trouble playing this bass with a pick because the humbuckers are pretty close to the strings, which is ok for me coz i wouldn't let a pick near it!

perfect, built like a tank! absolutly no flaws! good old german engineering!
i would probably go to a gig without a back up seen as the only other bass i got is really badly falling apart and would be no use what so ever!

well ive been playing for over 5 years now, cant really remember exactly how long, and ive tryed ALOT of basses, and ALOT of expensive basses. one thing i found is that its not the price tag that makes the bass, its the sound, and u'll know when u've found the sound u like! and thats why i said no to fender and no to the musicman. If it was stolen id definatly buy another one.
the best thing about this bass is the sound, i prefered it to the fender and musicman, plain and simple. not only that though, but it just feals right when you play it, you can really feel that its been put together right.
with that said though, i still plan on getting either a jazz or precision bass, they are essentials really, i just couldnt resist this bass!
before you buy anything, try it out!

It has a lot of posibilities and it sounds great and big but it??s to hard to understand how to regulate, there`s too much options and setings, you have to be patient to look for your sound. I used to play funk and fusion with an Ampeg BA 210 or a Hartke 3500.

This a special edition, there`s only 15 units in whole world and it comes with a duplicated and numerated certificate of autenthicity. It`s unique, beautiful, very good construction and sounds incredible and very light; the only bad thing it`s the position of the pickups, they are in the center of the body and are too big so this make a little uncomfortable to play because you don`t have space to put your fat finger of the right hand.
