this bass will manage any type of style you can throw at it! just one word to the wise - be tender with the controls, as the slightest nudge can give you WAY too much or to little variance! especially in the bass and treble section. generally quite a warm sound - not even slightly noisy! i do not have too much studio experience with this bass, but playing through my all ampeg rig on stage, it sounds great! spend a LONG time adjusting the controls and you will be very happy with it!
i spent a long time looking for a bass that was comfortable to play and had a massive tonal variety to it, as i was desperate to find a 5 string version of my gene simmons punisher tonal wise. i believe this bass will sound as near as damn it to any bass on the market!
i have never been a fan of warwick because even the buzzard i travelled half way across the country to try was horrible to play! but then the shop owner told me i HAD to try this one, and he was right, this bass makes ANY amp sound good!

the bass was very well set up when i bought it, just needed new strings because any mug that went in the shop tried it! it is a very expensive, but worth it bass! its a warwick so of course you expect it to be extremely well made. my only gripe with it is that the neck is slightly too fat for my liking, may see about having it shaved!
the strap locks are proper warwick strap locks, meaning that you need to buy the locking strap locks for your strap! these SO should come with the bass as you may well drop it on the small buttons that are on it!

this bass WILL go the distance, i have been playing it for a good few months now and i move a LOT on stage, our practice room is small and can get really hot but this bass holds its tuning no matter what! i tend to use it without my main bass at practice, as my main bass is a gene simmons punisher and only has four strings!

i have been playing for 10 years and have always been in a band, we have done on average 40 gigs a year since we started and have gone through a lot of different gear in this time. i know this is road worthy. my main bass is a gene simmons punisher as i said earlier, that is because there is no bass as good as that! but i think i will definately keep hold of my infinity because of the variety of tones, his would be a great session bass!
oh yeah, this bass has an rrp of ??3500 was advertised in the shop for ??2800 and i got it for ??2000 - use your head warwick, people don't want to pay three and a half grand for a bass! even this one!
