This guitar was built in 2001 with German "grundlichkeit". A fabulous piece of wood and a gorgious look.
It is a 34", 24-fretted 5-string bass, completely active with 1 Mec humbucker as bridge pickup and 1 single-coil neck pickup.
A control over the treble, mid and bass + a kind of eq. when you pull a knob makes the Bass very "allround", Jazz, Funk, rock, you name it, the sound is there.
The wood is beautiful but soft, fastly dented.

The Streamer jazzmen suits me well for the music I play. Qith my band Streetlife I play pop, soul, rock and funk.
I use as a bassam a very old Marshall 5522 with a 400 W 4x10" H&K. With my old bass, a Ibanez SS405, I had to push my amp to the limit, with the Streamer i don't. Warwick's credo "the sound of wood" is fully true. I hanen't used it in the studio, but i think this instrument is good for every place, on stage as wel as i an studio

The setup wans't to great from the factory, I had to tune it for appr half a day to set the bass straight. The bass is fully adjustable, bridge and top. It's a hard job to adjust it, but because of the adjustablility very accurate.
As I wrote, the bass is made of a soft kind of wood (maple A) and a scratch is easy made. But who cares, I'm not plannig to hang it on the wall to look at, I want to play it. The hardware (gold) is really beautyful and is top of the German bill

I play now for moere then 20 years, had several basses (From Maya's to Gibsons) and this is definately the last bass i bought. When the Streamer is going to be stolen, a new Streamer will again be my choise.
