2007 Model. Indonesian manufacture (GRRrrr.).
4 string with 24 fret neck. Laminated top. Double J at bridge and single J at mid/neck.
Pickups are Egnater or Eden, I have seen both said on the web. Active, 9V battery eatin' electronics.
Mahogany body (3pc Lam?) with cocobolo face. Maple neck, ebony fretboard. This is a solid, heavy bass made of real hardwoods. Modified strat style body, cutouts are in all the right places,.
Split style bridge with adjustable saddle and separate ball end tail piece. Nice design for more tone without thru body mess.
Grover frosted tuner hardware, lotsa bead blast goin' on around here! 34" scale thin as hell neck (how I like it!). About the same as SDGR basses, maybe thinner. Ebony fretboard with micro dot inlays at top (low E) edge.
Has BFTS; Buzz Feiten tuning system, which I have yet to figure out!!!
Killer washburn gig bag with great straps and storage, TOUGH.Not an SKB...but.
Joke: the cord that came with it, it is SAD, .125 dia wire max on an input cable...LoL. Nice crap allen wrenches and a guitar scratching cloth as well.

Kicks out the warfare on the death metal. I was using Line6 lowdown 175 practice amp so I tested it with all the models. THere is no noise until the 9V croaks in the bass. You can get any sound out of it from straight growl to wacky synth bass junk. Pickups have some serious nutz!
I think it would be an excellent axe for any situation, it is pretty solid.
I don't like the fact that a 950 list guitar comes with a gig bag...and a poor intonation job, blah.

Needs a tweak of the bridge, pickups OK. No flaws, new.

This think is a tank, Try to beat it, it will only ask for more. Remember that it is a bolt on so no throwing it1
