Made in Japan , Chuck Rainey Signature model.
One split P pickup, passive, rosewood neck, 4 piece body, honey wood finish like a old fender. Unusual shaped pickguard. Not been able to find a review/info for this thing anywhere.

Played through an Ampeg classic and 8 x 10, pickups are kind of blasty but has overall nice sound.

Bought used so a little worn in but that just makes it a little cooler to me

Seems very solid if a little 'pre-loved'. Needs to be set up again with heavier strings. The lighter ones + detuning = some fret buzz. Tuners seem a little loose.
