Features :
Pickup features: Single coil stacked passive humbucker
Impedence or other specs:

Instrument :
Model of guitar or bass: Standard Strat
Position: bridge
Pickup being replaced: Stock Mexican El Crappo Sinlgle coil
Other pickups on guitar: Stock Mexican El Crappo
Artists using this pickup: Me, that's about it.
You musical style(s): Rock, Blues.
Reason for pickup change: Have you ever heard the stock Mexican Pick Ups? Nuff said.

Sound : No Opinion
Perceived output level: About the same as stock El Crappos. Low-Medium output.
Tone: Very well balanced and sparkling clean, excellent definition, good sustain.
Sonic evaluation: Told u B4. Using an SRW solid state amp. Somewhat dissapointed. I thought I was getting a really hot bridge PU, but actually seems a bit lame to me, not hot at all. Not much bass, lots of mid and lows, more like a vintage sound.

For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable: Already told u all this stuff. It is a good match for the Mexican strat.

Overall Rating : 7
Comments: If it were lost or stolen? You mean the guitar? Surely no one would steal the pickup off my strat, would they? I would not B 2 dissappointed, I would buy a Seymore Duncan instead. I had a Lone Star strat that sounded a lot better with the SD. I am still searching for a better sounding PU. I will put SD's in the neck and middle. The Andersonn is not nearly hot enuf 4 me, but it sounds slightly better than the El Crappo Fender stock PUs
