Features :
humbucking
passive
6.3k impedance(hotter than stock filtertron)

Instrument :
Gretsch Electromatic hollow body 5126 with oversize F-holes
Bridge position
Replaces stock Dearmond single coil
stock Dearmond single coil
I don't know of any
Needed more output from the bridge, the oversize F-holes cause too much sustain loss

Sound : 10
output is good, balances the Dearmond well, seems to be equal output wise
modified '71 Traynor Bassmaster and a stock Fender Hotrod Deluxe
Tone is middy-balanced, AC/DC brightness, but with Thorogood warmth
rock and alternative stuff, This pickup fits the bill.
should suit all positions well

Overall Rating : 10
I would definately buy these again
been playing 10 years, so I am still a beginner. I own another Gretsch Electromatic 5125
Love the hotter output, the filtertron tone, and the price. Might be a bit feedbacky at stage volumes, but that is a hollowbody thing anyway
Read reviews of other pickups on this site, decided the price was worth a try
