I was really hesitant to replace the stock pickup as it's really not bad. However this new pickup is a revelation. The tone is a lot more "woody', with more balls. It's very P90 like and that's just what I wanted. The distorted tones are great with excellent note definition. You can easily hear each note in a chord.
What I really wasn't prepared for was the clean tone these put out. With the tone control I can go from an in your face twang to a buttery smooth jazzy tone. I find myself playing through my clean channel more and more. I didn't expect that.

This pickup makes my guitar sound way more expensive. I done modding this one. I love the tone now.
