This is a Single Coil, P90 designed to fit in a humbucker route, Plastic casing. It is passive and sounds pretty darn close to the P90s that i have played in BFGs and les paul juniors.

I put this in a 2006 Gibson SG Standard in the Bridge Position. I dropped this in as a replacement for the stock 490t. I tried other pickups (EMG 81, Burstbucker Pro, Seymore Duncans) and this one destroyed them.

Very good output. Im mainly using this with a Sovtek Mig 100u with an orange 4x12 cab. I have also tried this with a hughes and kettner mkII and a Mesa Dual Rectifier and have been satisfied with the tones it made. The tone is super sweet in the higher strings and really makes the trebles stand out quite a bit, but the bass does stand out when playing rhythm.

Im having 2 more pickups made up for my telecaster at the moment, and if this one was stolen from the SG I would buy another one. I have been playing for over 14 years and have played many pickups that sounded good, but this sounds great. Bryan has given me super customer support and responds to emails within a day. Great sound and these are a hell of a lot cheaper than the gibson p94s and other ones ive tried.
