Features :
Pickup features: mini humbucker, passive
Impedence or other specs:

Instrument :
Model of guitar or bass: epipphone emperor
Position: neck
Pickup being replaced: stock
Other pickups on guitar:
Artists using this pickup:
You musical style(s): jazz, blues
Reason for pickup change: original pickup was muddy and unbalanced, and stock on a budget jazz box, so I figured a bartolini would be a nice change

Sound : No Opinion
Perceived output level: a little less output than stock, although it may be because it mounts a little lower
Tone: very balanced and clear, articulate
Sonic evaluation: I am using a Tech 21 and an old silverface twin. through the tech 21 I have to do alot of EQing, but that I think is the amp. through the twin, it sounds real sweet,

For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable: this is for a jazz box, nuff said

Overall Rating : 8
Comments: I would definitely buy this again, I just bought more Bartolinis for my bass.
