Perceived output level: A little more than the SD 59. I am not an expert
Tone: Imagine the SD59 with a little bit of more output and a lovely crunch. Think Santana 'Europa' or a sweeter Pearly gates
Sonic evaluation: Yamaha Pacifica (+ BOSS GT-3) + Marshall Valvestate 40 W
For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable: I just made a jam session with it and my guitar was plugged in a Blues deville. Lovely Crunch. My Alder strat-like guitar can get a sound nearer a Les Paul crunch sound than previously
