Features :
Pickup features: rail poled strat sized humbucker passive.
Impedence or other specs: dunnoh

Instrument :
Model of guitar or bass: jackson soloist
Position: neck
Pickup being replaced: shadow twinbucker
Other pickups on guitar: l-500xl l250xl
Artists using this pickup: myself
You musical style(s): various
Reason for pickup change: the shadow wasn't covered, and since i liked it so much, i did not want to see it destroyed by my pick hitting it. already the coils were exposed through the tape from pick wear.

Sound : No Opinion
Perceived output level: about as loud as the shadow
Tone: it's kind of bassy. not really muddy.
Sonic evaluation: i like it. it has a vintage sound, like an old strat w/overwound pups, or an old les paul.
i'm using vht amps.

For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable: it's good for all styles.

Overall Rating : 10
Comments: i like it. it's good.
