Sound
:
No Opinion
Perceived output level: Super hot but had gracefull over tones.
Tone: Great bass responce, great mids(not too little or too much) and slicing highs !!!!
Sonic evaluation: I didn't own the guitar that had it but the guy said that it was a little meaner than a regular XL-500.Guitar to (effects board)S.D. Pick Up Booster,VHT Valvulator,Digitech RP-12,Hush pedal,Digitech RP-1,DBX 563X,VHT Valvulator,J.Dunlop Volume-Boost to(rack#1)ETA power conditioner,BBE462,Hush 2CX,2 DOD 32 Band EQ's,Behringer Feedback Destroyer 1124 Pro,Hush 2CX,BBE 462 to (rack#2)Monster Cable power conditioner,Hush/Rocktron Super C, then the signal is slit to the front input plug and effects loop of my (1986) Carvin X-100 B. This gives me my million dollar sound!!!!
For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable: It was in the Bridge position.
