Features :
Single coil A2 mags Overwound. Neck pickup without cover

Instrument :
Theyre in a warmoth tele thinline, all positions and they replaced a conga line of other tele pickups.

Sound : No Opinion
These have a big output. They will hang with a paf and not be ashamed. Rock, texas blues Billy Gibbons tones, theyre right there. Amazingly though when you turn them down a bit they dont sound like a strong pickup turned down, they sound like a lower output pickup, so out comes all the country and jazz you'd ever want. No harshness, no obnoxious treble, just a sweet tele sound. If this was the only guitar I owned I could use it for everything I play. Great versatility

Overall Rating : 10
To get to where I am with these pickups Mick and I exchanged copious emails, and he ended up winding 3 sets before I was happy. 3 sets! I've been playing for 40 years and I know what I like. The only extra cost to me was postage. I figure anybody whose willing to stand behind his craftsmanship like that deserves something in return, so I sent him detailed feedback as a sort of aid to his R&D. It was amazing to email an impression and a suggestion to him and get back EXACTLY what I was thinking of in a pickup. I've used all the big names, and if youre lucky you get a pickup thats "pretty much" what you want. With Mick the jobs not done till youre 100% happy
