I have two bluebucker humbuckers and one bluebucker single coil in my Cort x-6. I'm not sure of the impedances but they sound rather high, and at least the bridge is wired for 4 conductor
Instrument
:
Corst x-6, H-S-H, all pickups are the bluebuckers they are the stock pickups on this instrument, so I am not replacing anything

The bridge humbucker is very bright with a decent about of sustain. However, it has a lot of sustain for a stock pickup it could use a little more to do some of the advanced Floyd techniques out there. The single coil actually sounds really nice for a single coil, it's great to have one on the instrument just in case. The neck pickup actually sounds very clear, it's not as muddy as most stock neck pickups. I believe this is actually the strong point of this pickup set. These pickups seem to be designed with treble and mids in mind as it's on a guitar for shredders, these pickups do this alright, however they can be a little strange for playing blues through, but you always have the middle single in that case as well. I am really impressed with the neck and single in the middle, but not really the bridge. All of these pickups do seem to be sensitive to certain types of lighting, this can be a real problem.

Wouldn't buy more bluebuckers, but they aren't bad for stock pickups. I forgot to mention that the covers look like they are a deep cobalt blue rather than black. Been playing 16 years, so many guitars have passed through my hands it's hard to remember them all at this point, I have played or owned just about everything at one point or another. However, that being said I think these may be some of the best stock pickups I have heard, they are up there with the Carvin ap11's at least. I just wish Cort had used something a little more substantial in the bridge. I am satisfied with the neck and middle but I do want to replace the brisge pickup with something that has a lot more sustain, but if these are all you have you could do worse. The light sensitivity thing is bothersome perhaps the electronics need shielded better. I have not been inside the guitars control cavity yet.
