Installed In A Fender MIM 50's Tele Bridge Position. Replaced A Seymour Duncan Antiquity Bridge. I Kept the Antiquity Neck Pickup. I Found That The Antiquity In The Bridge Was Rather Thin. I Was Looking For Something With More Bite And Attack With No Noise. I Decided To Coil Tap It To Get Best Of Both Worlds.

Output Is Hot. Cuts Through The Mix Well. Very Crisp, Clear With Some Added Thickness. With The Coil Tap, Still Has Single Coil Bite. The Tone In My Opinion Is Balanced But Punchy. Not As Warm As Standard Humbuckers, But Overal I Am Very Satisfied How It Cuts Through. Not Muddy At All.
My Setup Is As Follows.
Tele-Boss Tuner-Crybaby-Chorus-Phaser-Delay-Sonic Stomp Then Into A Peavey Classic 50 With JJ's In The Pre Section and Tung Sols For Power Tunes.
Dirty Sounds Great. Compared To My PRS With Ducan SH-2's And SH-4's The Sound Is Very Definative And Clear. Edgy But With Meat!

If Lost Or Broken Or Stolen...I Would Buy Another. For 20 Bucks...Who cares. That's Almost How Much 2 Packs Of Cigarettes Cost Here In NJ. I Would Still Like To Check Out The Dimarzio Fast Track And The Duncan Hot Rails, But Like I Said...For 20 Beans, I'm More That Satisfied. I Recommend The Coil Tap Option. Pick Up A 250 Push Pull And Your In Business. I Was Looking To Turn My Tele Into A Workhorse. I Wanted It To Cover Anything From SRV To Lenny Kravitz To Sevendust, And It Does. For All Your Cats Out There Looking To Turn That SQUIRE Or Low End Tele Into Something Hot-Look Into This Pickup.
Holla.
