Features :
Zebra Creamers, humbucking pickups, I have no idea what kind of magnets they use, 16.9k bridge 8.3 neck, 2 conductor wiring. I am reviewing only the bridge pickup.

Instrument :
* What model guitar or bass did you install this in?
Epiphone Les Paul Classic
* What position is it in?
Bridge
* What pickup are you replacing?
The stock one
* Other pickups installed on the instrument?
I have Seymour Duncan sh-55, which I got used for really cheap from Ebay.
* Any artists using this pickup?
I doubt there is any
* Reason for changing the pickup?
I wanted more output in the bridge since the stock pickup was really soft.

Sound : 10
* What's the output level like?
This pickup is LOUD. It is much hotter than the stock one that I have replaced and it sounds crazy with the distortion. For the price-I was blown away.
* What amps and effects are you using it with?
Just Line6 Spider III 15 for now, I got this pickup not that long ago, and I didnt have a chance to try it out on a more "serious" amp.
* Tone - Bassy, middy, muddy, trebly, balanced?
It is kind of muddy, but the string separation is still good. I have it in the bridge, and on clean it sounds kinda twangy, has has some trebles, but responds to the tone control really good. Also it has really edgy sound when I put the distortion on
* What style of music do you play? Is this a good match?
I tend to experiment with my sound a lot, mainly I'm leaning toward heavier stuff (ranging from Nirvana to Metallica) but I still like to play some mellow music from time to time. I use this pickup for the heavier music and some rhythm playing on clean, while I have my SH55 in the neck for the soft stuff.

And I give 10 on this one because of the price vs quality ratio.

Overall Rating : 8
*If it was destroyed or stolen, would you buy it again or get something else?
I would just buy another one, it is dirt cheap
* How long have you been playing? What other gear do you own?
I have been playing on and off for about 7 years on acoustic and probably around 5 years on electric. I dont play in a band, and if I play live, I use my acoustic. As for electrics, I mainly use them for home-based recording, so I dont care about the brands of the equipment I am using(as long as it sounds good and suits my needs). I have a line 6 Spider III, crate GLX65, acoustic Yamaha and a CIJ Fender Mustang.
* What do you love about it? What do you hate?
I absolutely loved the price vs quality ratio, and the pickup itself seems to be well built. I was kind of disappointed because it did not have adjustable pole pieces, the wires seem to be really cheap, there is only 2 conductors, so no phasing or coil splits(although I'm not really into that kind of stuff). But hey, its only 30 bucks or so.
* Anything you wish it had?
Better wires
* Are you satisfied with this pickup or still searching for that sound?
I think it has made my epi les paul the way I wanted it to be.
* Anything else you'd like to share?
I have dealt with dragonfire hot rails before. They were really sloppy looking and poorly made, so I was expecting same kind of thing from the Creamers, but no, these pickups are put together pretty accurately and they do look nice.

Features :
White passive humbucker.16k bridge 8.3k neck.

Instrument :
I just got these today and installed them in my Hamer Centaura.
I installed them in the neck and bridge position.
I replaced the dimarzio designed stock pups.
I left the stock single in the middle position.
I dont know of ant other artists using these.
I changed out my pups because of the price(24.95!)and because I wanted white pups in my black guitar.

Sound : 10
Hot High output.
I run through a line 6 spider amp using the chorus and light delay.
Well balanced with sharp treble when run clean nice spearation when overdriven gives a sharp tone.
I play 80s style metal,Deathmetal, ballards, blues,These do it all.

Overall Rating : 10
I would get these again and am going to try the active pups in my washburn.
I have been playing for 20yrs I own a dean evo a hamer centaura a washburn kc70v and a bc rich mockingbird.
The price and quality are unmatched like everything about them.
I have a dimarzio dp161 in my mockingbird and the dragonfire sounds almost identical but with better separation.
Very satisfied with the pups.

Features :
Pickup features: 16.9 k Chrome covered ceramic magnet bridge pickup
Impedence or other specs: 16.9 k output passive non-coil tapping ceramic magnet pickup

Instrument :
Model of guitar or bass: Fender Stratocaster
Position: bridge
Pickup being replaced: Stock humbucker
Other pickups on guitar: MIghty Mite in neck and mid position
Artists using this pickup: Dunno
You musical style(s): Everything...
Reason for pickup change: Needed something less piercing and treble dominant

Sound : No Opinion
Perceived output level: Hot, bright and ronchy
Tone: very well balanced with just a little extra punch in the bass and treble
Sonic evaluation: Great harmonics, plenty of crunch and easily capable of sounding smooth. Depends on how you wire them. Don't use a pot with more than 1 meg resistance though or they will make you sound sloppy and have a ridiculous amount of noise.
Anyway, they work great for lead, rhythm and sweeping. If you have experince with guitar electronics you should be very pleased once you set them up to your taste.

For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable: I try to work with a little of everything...

Overall Rating : 9
Comments: Overall you can't beat them for the price. Sure there are better pickups but these will compare and compete with $100+ pickups. I'm accustom to running 1 and 2 meg pots but these are far too hot for a door so big. The frequency response seems incredibly broad. Run them with a 1 meg pot or under and you should be absolutely floored. They really will compete with actives because the ceramic magnets deliver quite a bit of voltage.
