These are a mixed set for a Squire Strat Standard, set up w/ 1 Humbucker in the bridge, and 2 Singles in the mid, and neck position.
all passive pickups, I didn't test the impedance on these, but they are hot pickups, the Gold Nashville Humbucker has a unique pickup cover on it and as I understand it is like a pickup for a Guild style guitar, complete wiring includes wire-tapping. The Texas Premiums are copy's of 1964 Fender pups, Both come with easy to understand wiring directions and ship very fast from Guitarfetish.com

As I stated these were installed in a Squire Stratocaster Standard series , It is a fat strat setup, black w/ matching headstock, body is alder, so it is prettymuch every other strat. I bought this guitar because it had decent tone for 200 dollars, the pickups were OK, but not really nice like I wanted them to be, Now I know they werent real Fender pickups, but hey, if I had 200 to blow on pickups alone, I woulda bought a Mexican strat instead!

These are very hot pickups, most inexpensive pups usually have alot of bass and high end, not these, The Nashville Fillertron is my favorite on this guitar, I can get alot of groove from this pickup, it will handle Stevie Ray, or Roger Waters absolutly no problem, and they got that country thing going on, Very Glassy sound, alot of people do not realise what a good pickup will do for them, for me, it makes me sound better, but if you need it to crunch turn up the gane and let it rip, fat tones and hot leads are what this pickup was definatly designed for, as for the Texas Premiums, you might as well say Texas Specials, these are the real deal, forget Duncan and EMG, you cant find a better set of reverse wound staggers anywhere, these pups are so smooth and clean, but so hot and vibrant, yes I used "Vibrant"

If this guitar was stolen I would run the prick over with my truck, and have a reason to order another set of these lovely sounding gems, so glassy....if you don't have them, your missing out, all I wish these had was , there pickups, you cant ask for anything else to have, maybe creme covers, i wish they had that
