HAS Sound SVT (strat,voiced 4 tele)

Neck single coil for Tele's. Wound vintage 5.5 (but im sure Stan can provide custom windings)

Custom built Tele..to vintage specs.J.Barden brass bridge.60th anniv. Fender Tele neck. all in all a classic Tele.

(i play blues,rock.little alt country twang)the sound is what one would expect from a "boutique" builder..All those standards apply to Stan at Has-sound.does just what it says and provides a great vintage sounding strat sound to your Tele! I've A/B it with some Fender 54's and the sound is very similar..a hair more bottom end on the SVT ( but i bet due to the guitar/Tele format) which i find a bonus. A really clean,clear and smooth tone.

Stan even knows the common problem for when people put in strat pickups in Tele's and has wound the ribbon just to the top of the pickup so the high E string doesn't get caught under the edge of the pickup...that is detail...it shows his quality of work..

i would definitely get a new one if it was stolen.

the price is great,sound is great,builder top notch to deal with...
dont be caught up with all the hype of some of the other bigger boutique
builders...these have the same quality...
