Features :
Humbucker,DC rating 7.6 and an Alnico 4 magnet

Instrument :
The pickup is for an early Squire Tele from the 80's and replaced the neck pickup I love this guitar but was finding it a little harsh and trebley was considering a 72 deluxe reissue Fender Tele but boy am I glad that I didnt spend all that dosh now as the Headsmasher boys have given me the sound I was after at a fraction of the cost. It replaces the single coil neck pick up,still has the original bridge pickup but that will be changed soon,I wanted a more creamy sound. But also didnt want to compromise the overall Tele sound and that is excactly what they have delivered.

Sound : 10
I play this through a Vox AC50CP2 amp playing mostly rock orientated tunes, the difference the pick up has made is that I now still retain that classic tele twang from the bridge but it is a completely different sound when switched to the headsmasher almost like two guitars in one, really deep and growly in the middle position going into a lovely crunchy tone when set to the neck position gigged it last night and he boys in the band all commented on how good it was sounding

Overall Rating : 10
This pickup does everything that I wanted it to do and more
