Perceived output level: pretty hot for stock pickups probably around 350mv
Tone: Bridge: its ok, but not great. painfully bright on the high strings, kind of muddy on the lows.Neck: before i replaced the bridge with a dimarzio super distortion(awesome pickup)i thougt the neck pickup was warm and good. once i got the dimarzio, i compared and realized that the neck was tinny aand thin. so, not great, but okay for lead sounds.
Sonic evaluation: rg120 into rp100 into johnson 25 watt "stage 25r" solid state. decent pickups, pretty loud, but i could never really eq them right. if i turned down the treble, it stopped hurting my ears on the highs, but the lows became muddy as crap and vice versa.
For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable: theyre probably rock pickups. theyre pretty gainy and loud.

Comments: i wouldn't buy them again, and i doubt that i could find one for sale.been playing four years. What do you expect for a stock pu. Bottom line: not great pickups, but tolerable in a cheap guitar.
