Comments: If it were stolen, I'd wonder what idiot took the pickup and left this fine US made guitar sitting there, if it were lost I'd with to have another one, but can't think where I'd buy it.

Comments: I replaced it. I'm extremely critical when it comes to tone, if there's even the smallest thing wrong, I'll fix it right away. This pickup is great for blues and clean jazz styles, but not quite what I was after.

Pickup features: Passive Humbucker
Impedence or other specs: ??
Instrument
:
Model of guitar or bass: Charvel 375 Deluxe
Position: bridge
Pickup being replaced: Stock (J90C)
Other pickups on guitar: 2 standard Jackson single coils
Artists using this pickup: None I think
You musical style(s): Rock Rock Rock
Reason for pickup change: The Jackson pickup was to bassy and not tight enough on the Charvell (has lots of mids and bass tones fom itself)and it sounded too thin in hi end
Sound
:
No Opinion
Perceived output level: Quite good, not too high though, just right
Tone: Very tight and a specific mid tone wich I was looking for, not to much treble(hate that)
Sonic evaluation: Marshall 8080 with eq's and quadraverb
For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable: Perfect for roch with a great lead tone, neck position only
Overall Rating
:
9
Comments: Never will sell it in my whole life, I love the mid tone in this thing, and it's not thin in hi end wich is inportand for solo's, I think it only sounds great on a basswood guitar and a valvestate amp.
Still searching for something a bit smoother and very tight bass response.
