Features :
Single coil CERAMIC BAR MAGNET/D.C.=5.7K
These pickup were installed in a prewired pickguard, all 3 position (middle is MP-112R, RWRP), 250k pots, 5 way switch, knobs

Instrument :
* What model guitar or bass did you install this in? 2005 MIM Strat
* What position is it in? all 3 positions
* Reason for changing the pickup? I bought the guitar used. The guitar looked and played great, the stock pups were junk, didn't like the flat black painted pickuard that was on the guitar when I bought it. I wanted good sounding pups and a wbw pickguard without breaking the bank.

Sound : 9
* What's the output level like? Much hotter, less noise and better balance between positions than stock pups
* What amps and effects are you using it with? A wide variety of tube and solid state modeling amps. This is a "jam" guitar and gets plugged into a very wide variety of amps and effects.
* Tone - Bassy, middy, muddy, trebly, balanced? The tone is well balanced, each pickup has its own voice. Overall they have more low mids and less shrill high end than stock Fender pups. They sound full, but cut through the mix without that over the top ice pick trebble of the stock pups. These aren't boutique hand wound alnico pups, but they sound really good, especially for the price.
* What style of music do you play? Blues, classic rock
Is this a good match? Yes
* For which positions is this pickup (un)suitable? all 3

Overall Rating : 9
# If it was destroyed or stolen, would you buy it again or get something else? I'd probably get these again, it would depend on what was in the replacement guitar.
# How long have you been playing? What other gear do you own? I've been playing for decades (primarly a bassist) and own too much gear.
# What do you love about it? What do you hate? I love the sound for the price. Far superior to the stock pup. I don't dislike, let alone hate anything about these.
# Did you compare it to other products? Which ones? Why did you choose this one? Compared to Dragonfire and Mighty Mite ceramic pups, I bought these because of better tone and a more balanced sound.
# Anything you wish it had? no
# Are you satisfied with this pickup or still searching for that sound? Totally satisfied
