Features
:
CERAMIC BAR MAGNET/ D.C. resistance = 13.5K. Magnet length in millimeters = 57 long X 5 thick X 7 wide.
Instrument
:
I have this in an Ash body Tele with a Maple Neck.
I am replacing a pickup pulled off a Highway 1 Tele...

Very nice output... not too hot but not to weak either... for me its right where it should be. Its slightly higher output (compared to a standard tele) still cleans up nicely by rolling off the volume.
I play rock (think Queen means Queens of the Stone Age) and this suits my personal style very nicely. I don't use this guitar on every song but its definitely the first guitar I grab when I am writing or can only take one guitar to a gig.

I have used Fenders, Duncans and DiMarzios and I don't like them at all... They are overpriced and sound horrible. I actually bought this pickup because I wasn't happy with the Highway 1 pickup and I wanted something a touch hotter and didn't want to deal with hum. I was skeptical because I had heard mixed reviews about "rails" style pickups... I would immediately replace if it were lost or stolen.
