Features :
Resistance: 30.5k
Peak frequency: 1450
Inductance: 14.8 henries

Passive Humbucker.

Instrument :
Guitar: Ibanez S2170FB (S Prestige)

Position: Bridge

Pickup replaced: Stock DiMarzio IBZ

Other pickups in instrument: Lace Sensor Silver (middle), Lace Alumitone Humbucker (neck).

Artists using this pickup: None that I know.

Reason for changing pickup: Stock pickups were the weak point in the guitar. Not bad, just didn't do rest of guitar justice/

Sound : 10
Output level: Very, very hot. Hotter than my DiMarzio Evolutions.

Set-up: Either straight into my Fender Ultimate Chorus, or through Native Instruments Guitar Rig 3.

Tone: Definitely on the trebly side. Clean, they sound somewhat shrill, but not unbearable. With distiortion, however, the tone is great. Very smooth. Great harmonics and insanely low levels of noise.

Suitable positions: I would keep this in the bridge for sure. And if you plan to use your guitar without distortion, make sure you have a decent middle or neck pickup for mid's/bass.

Overall Rating : 10
I love this pickup so much. I wouldn't recommend it for single pickup guitar's though; it will not provide enough mid's/bass for everything. In combination with other pickups though, it's incredible. This completes my perfect pickup set and my perfect guitar. Seriously, with distortion, it's the best tone I've ever heard. Somewhat Steve Vai-ish, but not cheesy.
