Output level: Is Killer with no Mud, Plenty of Sustain.

Tone: Smooth and very Responsive.

The Flame Thrower works Great with alot of Styles, it's just amazing how well it fits in with just about everything.

COMMENTS:I've been Playing for a Number of Years and I've Worked with alot of the Pickups( Carvin, Seymour Duncan,Dimarzio's,Gibson, P90's, Bill Lawerence, Emg's)and I'm really Satisfied with Rocket Guitar Pickups. One minute I can Play a nice soft Jazz Piece and the next Screaming Metal ( Really Cool ).
If something happened to these Pickups, I would definitely Replace them with Rocket Guitar Pickups. Handwound is another really Cool Feature that can be used to Dial in the Sound you want.

Perceived output level: a not muddy hot
Tone: balanced
Sonic evaluation: I use a VHT Pitbull 45 210 and the Flame Thrower sounds excellent. It
provides nice sustain, and picks up lots of distortion while keeping the notes loud and clear; and it's not too trebly or too bassy it's perfect!

For which styles and positions is this pickup (un)suitable: Perfect for hard rock
