Features
:
The pick up test about 11.2k . It is a dual humbucker. Paf style. alnico 5 I was told and 43 gauge wire I think.
11k is what it is rated at.
Instrument
:
I installed this pick up in the bridge of my Yamaha 79'ish, SG 1500.
Like a les paul in sorts.
I put the pick up in because I sold one out of it in a pinch to a friend that needed a good pick up and was going to leave on tour soon.
Sound

The output of the pick up is nice. I wanted a little more boost than a standard gibson paf, which those are 7k-10k I have read.
I needed a little differnt tone and sound than all of my other les pauls.
I play all styles. Clean/dirty, ect. I play a lot on Marshall vintage type, non and master volume amps.

Yes I would want to buy this pick up again. I found it nice and clear in tone. Enough drive but not over the top. It still retains the full freq. I need.
I have been playing 28 years. I like this pick up and would recommend it to others. Rocket has more than one pick up to choose from. There web site give a good description of there pick ups. I have compared this pick up to other quality pick ups and I am leaving this Rocket "satilite" pick up in my guitar. It is a keeper. I do like it better than a "jeff beck".
