Price Paid: USD 99.00

Features :
Single Coil pickups, Custom Shop 69 clones. 6.0 - 7.0 k resistance. white covers, push back wire.

Instrument :
I have a Fender Straocaster, Rondo Strat copy, etc. I replaced the stock pickups in both guitars. I believe they were ceramic, and the Rose Pickups are Alnico V Rods. Much better tone! warmer, fatter.

Sound : 10
The pickups are slightly louder, they have a power to them, not brittle like the original pickups. Nice low bass that was missing before. I play 60s 70s 80's 00's music. im all over the map. I dont like brash bridge single coils, but this is good.

Overall Rating : 10
Yea I suppose I would buy them again! good price, american made, totally cheaper than CS 69's from Fender, and sound as good or better.

Features :
Single Coil pickup, active. Resistance 5.35, 5.6, 5.58.

Instrument :
I own a Fender Stratocaster MIM.
All 3 positions
Standard MIM ceramic pickups replaced with Rose Pickups
Good price for what may be custom sound.
The pups came shrink wrapped and double boxed. Good packaging. There was a plectrum (pick) inside, as well as a frequency graph and diagram. Came with a white cover, but I already have black covers.

Sound : 9
The output level seems normal. Im not sure how else to say that. It wasnt louder than before, and it wasnt more quiet. Just cleaner. I am using a Hot Rod Deluxe.
The pickups are suppose to be like Custom Shop 69's. They are wound with what looks like formvar (dark?), and hovering in the mid 5K range.
The tone is very clear. Can get very bell like in the upper fretboard, say around the 12th fret. There is a better bass response with these than my stock pups.
I play classic rock, surf, jazz, etc.
The neck position and inbetween positions are exceptionally nice. The bridge position is bright, but isnt too thin.
I would give it a 10 but I cannot compare it to Custom Shop 69's because I never owned them so.....
I like them a lot though. I huge imporvement from my stock pups and did not cost me 200 bucks. I bought all 3 for under 100 bucks.

Overall Rating : 10
If they were stolen, I would go back and order them again, of course I would have to get a new guitar, and maybe those pickups would be fine, but I like these, and my band mates agree.
I have been playing for 6 years.
I really love the cleanliness of the pups, the are stronger sounding than the stock pickups but are more bell like for sure. I never really liked playing just the bridge position, but it sounds really good with distortion. Much cleaner than humbuckers in the higher frequencies.
