Hmm... it appears I'm the first person in the world to buy one of these pickups. Or just the first to write a review. You be the judge.
Basically, it's a handwound replica of a proper ye olde single coil out of a first edition Fender Jaguar, complete with grime. It doesn't include a cover or claw attachment, I just used the ones that came with the guitar. Impedance, according to some nice paperwork Mr. Duncan supplies with the pickup, is 6.56 Ohms, however since these pickups are handwound this may vary.

This pickup is in the neck of my now heavily customised MIJ Fender Jaguar, replacing the stock pickup which was... okay I guess. There wasn't much life in it though, it had a kind of "here's your note, can I go home now?" vibe to it. It didn't sound bad, just not great.
The pickup in the bridge is a Vintage Vibe JG-90. Since writing my review of that pickup, I have swapped the magnets in it for ceramics, and it now basically sounds like a regular Fender pickup clean, but massive distorted. I reccomend this pickup to all Jaguar owners. But I digress, this is a review of the Antiquity...
There's a good chance that J Mascis uses SD Antiquities in his Jaguars, I know he has them in his Jazzmasters.

Basically I wanted a neck pickup with more, dare I say it, "mojo" than the one I had. And that's precisely what this is. nice and woody, percussive, very clear. Think John Frusciante cleans. Hendrix-ish overdriven. Basically this makes my Jaguar sound like a Jaguar. It's just Fender really, it's all good. I am very happy with it.

I've listed my stuff in other reviews, so I couldn't be bothered doing it again. I play a sort of "progressive grunge" style. Basically my guitars need to cover most bases except for full-shred ubermetal. This pickup suits this. Especially played clean. And I got it for an absolute steal! So yes, I'd buy one again. It's a very good pickup.
