I installed the Karma pickups in the neck and middle positions of my Yamaha EG112 Fat Strat, replacing the Kent Armstrong Texas pickups that I had there. I already had a Stan Hinesley Legacy PAF humbucker installed in the bridge position and it just blew me away...so I had to get the Karmas!

Very vintage sounding with plenty of "quack" and a sparkly bell-like tone. They compliment the Legacy bridge pickup very well. I could'nt be happier :D

I would definately buy again...as a matter of fact, I'm getting a set for my '79 MIM. I just have to decide between the Karmas or Stan's LaGrange Texas Set. Been playing for the better part of 20 years, mostly weekend warrior stuff, blues and classic rock. The white covers that Stan supplied with the pickups were more of an off-white, but that's ok because I changed them anyway. It took me about a month to get them after ordering but believe me, it was well worth the wait. Guess you can't rush perfection, haha. These pickups bring me very close to that "holy-grail" Strat tone that I've been searching for.
