This is a replic of the Blade Filter'Tron

Instrument :

I have it in a 2005 6120 to repace stock Filter'Trons. I was looking for a more blues tone for this specific 6120 because the guitar has a very bluesy, singing tone and lots of character. I contacted TV Jones who recomended the Super'Tron in Neck position together with a Power'Tron at the Bridge.

Sound : 10

This pickup produces the fullest three dimensional, commanding sound I've yet heared. Its open, clear and full of punch and personality. I got my 6120 (!!!) doing the Albert Collins Ice Pickin snap as well as a perfect Freddy King growl. Rhythm is a treat, especially clean funky chops with a touch of delay. This pickup has the makings of becoming a classic.
