WB Custom Pickups Habaneros

Passive bridge and neck for my LP.

Replacing stock pups in my LP. Ordered neck and bridge.

Sound and quality were good.

WB Custom Pickups has perhaps the worst customer service I have encountered of any company involved with guitars. I placed this order on a Tuesday assured the pickups were in stock and would be shipped on Friday. I received them 4 weeks later after numberous phone calls, voice mails and emails went unanswered. Anyone getting rave reviews on the pups from www.mylespaul.com beware. WB is an advertiser on this site and they will delete your post if you even question WB's lack of customer service. WB makes a good pickup, but no pickup is worth this complete lack of professionalism.

Didn't install them..... what I ordered is not what I received !

Haen't a clue.... not sure what was sent... so don't want to use them in the dim hope of them exchanging them with what I ordered.

I think I'll stay away from this company.. there are to many winders out there for me to have received this kind of treatment. IF you screw up, you should try and make it right, not ignore the customer.
Happy to take my money, tell they were goiong out that Monday, then make excuses why they haven't arrived. Took 6 weeks for them to finally arrive, and they are not what I ordered. No way to run a company.
