It has what I need to make my guitar sound like an acoustic against the electric in a my band.

I purchased a floor model from a store and have a owners manual but there is no phone number or address on the manual. I am working with the store owner to get more info.

I have just started playing after many years and have just joined a band. I was first pluged into a Fender Amp (Junior) that the band has and my guitar didn't sound right. I looked all over till I found this one and it makes my Yamaha APX 12 string sound great. We play smaller venues so the amplification is fine.
