Features : 9
Made in 2008, I mostly play arch top - Eastman AR805 CE for Jazz, Also has used Taylor Nylon string NS74CE for classical and jazz as well as various solid body guitar for various projects. The amp is very versatile and sounds great with all instruments. 2 Channels, effects loop, notch filters and other features. Very simple to use - nice layout. I mostly play it with a flat setting and use the delay and chorus features. A lot of power but you need an extension speaker if you want very loud - and it is VERY loud with an extension speaker. The speaker design in this combo is specifically designed to be very clean and has a downfiring woofer. Beautiful design.

Sound Quality : 10
Every guitar I have played through this amp sounds fantastic. Archtop - Eastman AR805CE, Nylon String - Taylor NS74CE, solid body (less so) Fender tele, G&L F100 to name a few. Great for a clean sound that is very pure but not thin. The sound holds together at all volume settings. It really brings out the essence in every guitar. What was really interesting for me is when I first started using it it was sounded so pure that I wasn't quite sure what to make of it. Now, I couldn't do without it. Absolutely love the sound quality. Do not buy for distortion or crunch.

Reliability : No Opinion
I have not owned the amp for that long but it is built like a tank. The quality is very good. The company is really into their products and I am very comfortable with everything so far.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Has a lifetime guarentee. The other musicians that own their equipment swear by the company. I have not had any direct experience with them yet. Great website FAQs answered any questions that I have had so far.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing for 28 years. Own a lot of equipment. About 15 guitars, various vintages and types. Own 5 amps - Fender, Mesa Boogie, Centraur for acoutic, Line 6.
I love this amp so much I almost never use my other equipment anymore. Another really neat thing about this amp - all my guitars sound great through it - archtop, nylon string, steel string and solid body. I used to have to use different amps for different guitars - NO MORE! This handles everything that I need.
