This is one of the most ordinary and versatile amps I ever played and owned. If you want clean, trebly, bassy, mid's or drive, I mean drive. I got the right one baby. Just the right amout of power, a liitle more than a 50W plexi and or a Chieftain.

The sounds, you can get out of this little shoe box, Sammy hagar words This amp, can go from a Eddie Van Hallen, to a ZZ top, to Voxy or even almost like Bassman. Guys this amp ROCK's, to bad the guys at Guitar Player MAG, did not give a good try and fair judgement to this amp. But this is not surprising, just goes to tell you that the biggest sellers still have a lot influence. If you are looking for tone, do not look any further. What Killer amp. If use a BOSS Reverb or delay, it sounds great even at very high levels of gain, if play clean with a reverb box it sounds like Fender, I mean this is a great amp.

The only thing, that I could improve are, two simple changes on the look that it was a little dispointing. The front plate, to a Chrome finish, and the "HOUND DOG" Logo to a standard for all amps either chrome or black metal, after all they are not cheap, but still a 10 by my standards, after all tone is KING. I had and still have my share of class A amps, I mean ALL.
