1962 Ampeg "Big M" m-15.Tubes line-up is 5u4 rectifier,2 6L6s and 3 6SL7s on pre-amp.6 inputs:channel 1 has 3 inputs, channel 2 has 2 inputs plus one stereo input. The Tremolo is killer and really sounds sweet. Beats out any fender i have ever heard.Mine has a peavey speaker in it (i bought it fron the original owner) he changed the speaker. BUt i have wired a extension speaker out and use either a orange cab or a selmer 2 12 cab I was also looking at purchasing a cab with 2 12 inch jensens. I play lots of Jazz and rock. It beautiful great tone.35Watts

I use a les paul 56' gold top and a 1980 fender Telecastor american made. They sound really nice through this puppy. I use it as a clean amp and i hook up a Mesa boogie V-twin preamp to it when i need some crunch. It is not noisy esspecially considering it age, The amp is very versitle with clean and overdriven sounds. Its really thick and warm and just the tube tone of the 60's its amazing. It suits me perfectly accept for the fact it wasn't super loud but hooking it up to a 2 12 cab it thunders.

It is a beautiful amp and i would really reccomend it to anyone it beats out vox ac 30's in my eyes. Vox's are the name but we all know the beatle's actually started with selmers. I would just say that this is an amazing amp and i wouldn't sell it.

1962 Ampeg "Big M" m-15.Tubes line-up is 5u4 rectifier,2 6L6s and 3 6SL7s on pre-amp.I play blues and this amp is great for this style.
6 inputs:channel 1 has 3 inputs, channel 2 has 2 inputs plus one stereo input.Very simple controls, volume and tone and a vibrato that eats Fender for breakfast.Speaker is a Jensen P15N.This amp was designed for guitar and accordeon.
Power is 35 watts, enough for big stages.I use a Danelectro "stand alone" reverb from the 60's that gives the amp a little extra boost.

I plug and play it with a Tele Am.Stand. and a Gibson SG "special"'72 and it sounds fantastic.Channel one is very clean at low volume but screams as you crank it up past 4.channel 2 is darker with a deep bottom.Tone is very "bluesy" but also could be great for "Rock".

Been play those 'blues' for 30 years.I own a 1961 Gibson Ranger and a vintage '65 Fender Deluxe Reverb. If it were stolen or lost I would search for another one.
