I have a 2002 Superjet. Great for all styles of music. I play Reggae, Surf,Punk,80's Metal.. about everything, it works for all of them. Its a very simple amp that's why I like it. One channel, no speaker out.. which isnt that goood but It's loud enough you really dont need to. But its a great all tube amp .. solid state reverb I beleive.

This amp has a pretty good vintage sound. When I say vintage it sounds alot similar to the '64 Reverb Twin. So it has a great sound even with my POS guitar . I have a Cort X-2. My pick-ups are coming unwound the feedback is crazy. But this amp hasnt been as feedbackish as my previous Solid State Peavy. This amp is a little noisier than most tube amps it has a hum. But if your not playing you can hear it. So if you just leave your amp on for the hell of it your gunna hear that hum. This amp can do vintage ... if your gunna buy it and you wanna play distortion. Go spend a good $40 dollars and get a nice Boss DS-1 , thats one of the best distortion pedals out there right now and threw this amp it sounds great. And as any tube amp it gets overdrivin about 4. But its pretty loud at four but its a great sounding overdrive.

This amp is dependable so far.. I've had it about 2 months. Played a couple gigs with it, it worked great. But if you use it all the time be prepared to replace tubes. I dont know if it goes threw fast or if this amp was used alot before I bought it. But still it has a superb vintage sound.

Luckily I have had to deal with Ampeg. But I hear from other owners of crates that its a pain to get anything done.

THIS AMP IS A GREAT AMP FOR MEDIUM SIZED CLUBS AND SMALLER OUTDOOR EVENTS.
