It is a 'practise amp' - not loud enough for playing in most band situations, but for domestic use, plenty loud enough.
Says on the front panel "British Tuned" and this seems a fair description. You won't get a window-rattling bass response from an 8" speaker, but it does what it does well - with the gain 3/4 cranked, it does a convincing meaty Pete Townshend style sound.
Pushed to the limits the small speaker gets just slightly farty but is better in that dept than most practise amps of this size I have tried - I put that down to the quality Celestion speaker which makes a change from the usual noname Far East drivers you get in practise amps.
Overall I give it an 8 - it does the inbetween sounds particularly well and I think deserves it.
Loses mark or two for the spring reverb which is so-so and another one for the sound when pushed to the limits - but for a practise amp it really sounds very good.
I have also tried recording with it and works surprisingly well.

I don't anticipate any problems - well built, celestion speaker, solid state amp. I'd expect it to last for many years.

As practise amps go this is a good choice - flexible overdrive and a particularly nice crunchy punchy rhythm sound available and surprisingly unboxy. It's not a Marshall stack, but it does what it does very well.

Plugging a Tex-Mex Telecaster with neck postion humbucker that is splitable. Pop, Rock, Jazz, Blues plyed through it. Fun to play, Gain is grainy, and Reverb is not "voiced" well. Reverb also adds noise as you turn it up. Best sounded when gain left below 11 o'clock and Volume above 12 o'clock reverb as needed and tone knobs all the way up. Can use Guitar volume to "adjust".

Good for living room playing. Lost or stolen I would get another toy to try. I like that it looks nice and was put together well, I don't like the reverb sound and reverb noise.
