The amp only has a tone knob and a volume knob, and a distortion channel and a clean channel. The distortion channel is pretty useless but gives good sound on slight distortion.

Sound Quality : 10
The clean channel is fantastic, I actually play a bass through it (active, if it makes a diffrence) and I get some good deep tones despite the fact that it's a guitar amp. The distortion is pretty weak though. The sound goes fantastic with the bit of blues, jazz, and soft rock I play. Not too terribly loud, but it's only fifteen watts.

Reliability : 10
Amazing, I run an Ibanez sr 305 through it and it hasn't damaged the speaker at all. I was sure that bass guitars were supposed to wreck guitar amps, but when this was all I had it worked anyway.
I started playing on it when I didn't know it was bad for it, and continued because it hasn't broke in the six months I used it.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 6
The sound is clear and it gets good deep tones, works with a bass, and was very cheap, free for me. But it's lack of features bothers me and you don't get very many diffrent sounds out of it.

this amp was made in 2003 it came in a players pack. its not too versatile but what can you expect from a cheap 15 watt amp. it has 2 channels a clean and an overdrive but you have to press a button to switch channels. 2 volume knobs one for clean and one for distortion and 2 more one for gain and one for tone.

Sound Quality : 10
ive used both single coil and humbucking pickups. it doesnt really suit any music style that requires distortion unless of course you plan on using a pedal. not much variety. the distortion is weak. its actually good for jazz or blues, just slight distortion. the reason i wrote this review was to discuss the *BEAUTIFUL* tone on the clean channel. i absolutely love it. i own a peavey and a marshall and i would have to say that if austin was an amp company and they made cabs i would have boguht an austin instead of a marshall.

Reliability : 10
wouldnt use it on a gig because its only 15 watts but its aweosme for practice. hasnt broken.

Customer Support : No Opinion
never dealt with them

Overall Rating : 10
beautiful sounding amp i recomend buying one, or if you already own one hold onto it. the guitar company that makes this amp is definetly better at making amps that guitars.
