I received my openback G210H loaded with the new Celestion G10's yesterday. The craftsmanship is superb in this cabinet. The black tolex and silver grill cloth look very Fender-ish. The cabinet is suprisingly light weight to be so solidly built. I plugged my old silver face 50 watt Fender Bassman head into it and used my zoom 30/30 processor with my Fender Fat Strat. I was absolutely blown away at the monster tones I got from the G10's. All the reviews say the G10's are the answer to requests for a 10 inch version of the Celestion 12 inch vintage 30 speaker. They go way beyond my expectations. The cabinet has tight bottom end, pronounced mids, and great bite to the top end. The G10's break up nicely at moderate volumes. The balance is excellent. From pristine clean fender reverb tones, to raunchy Stevie Ray overdrive, to straight up hard rock distortion tones... This cabinet has it all. The G210H cab is the best money I have put into my gear in 20 years. Thanks Avatar for superior craftsmanship and to Dave and Spence for excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.
