I think this was made in 2007. 2 channel with lots of features. Rated at 180 watts per channel.

Sound Quality : 2
Use this with a Line 6 acoustic 700 for instrumental stuff and also
in a covers band. Hums a bit, but sounds clean enough. Effects are useless as they are pretty much preset, with a bit of tweaking allowed. Volume levels are pityful. played an outdoor gig with this for acoustic and a Laney VC15 (15 watts) for electric and ended up not playing any acoustic parts because I couldn't hear it. Laney managed fine!.

Reliability : 4
When I took delivery, it sounded strange, and I deduced the speakers were wired out of phase! fixed it and it sounded OK, but should I have had to do that? Somtimes doesn't power up correctly, but a quick thump sorts it out. It's never failed once it going. Knobs feel a bit flimsy.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never delt with them.

Will sell this as soon as possible. You gets what you pays for, and some people will be more than happy with this amp. I'm afraid I'm not.

This amplifier has a ton of features for the price. Feedback suppression that does a great job until you get to the maximum of the volume, I can hear a slight buzz. The equalizer works great and has a function that alows one to adjust it perfectly. The two button footswitch included controls the 16 preset effects that are better than Behringers have been in the past. The second channel works really well as a vocal channel and volume works perfectly with instrument channel.

Sound Quality : 8
The sound quality is very good on both channels except the afore mentioned buzz at the maximum. I must have found one that was in a good batch because I have read in other reviews about bad sound. My amp has none of those problems. It reproduces my acoustic guitar perfectly and my voice too perfectly, but that is my problem.

Reliability : No Opinion
I cannot say about the long term, but the amp seems to be made quite well. I have owned behringer amps before and I have never had any problem with them. I had a small Behringer GX112 Blue Devil that was great and the footswitch quit working after two years, but the amp itself never broke down.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I have never talked to them, so who knows.

Overall Rating : 8
This amp has all the features that one could ask for; i.e. 16 adjustable effects on both channels, and tuner mode that silences the amp, and a two button foot pedal to control each channel. The sound is dead on, except when I turned it to the maximum to hear the full power, I got a slight buzz from the feedback suppression. I have read the other reviews and know that it is not as loud as 180 watts is expected to be. This amp is more like 60 to 80 watts for each channel. I had a Behringer GX112 Blue Devil that was 60 watts and this amp is comparable to that. I think the mistake is made when consumers believe that the instrument channel is 180 watts, which it is clearly not. This amp is great for someone playing a small cafe, quiet bookstore, or a bedroom, but do not expect to go on tour with an inexpensive PA. Play it before you buy.

Features are prety good with all sort of send/returns and built in storeo Di, easy to use anti feedback system, mike and guitar channel, seperate "superb" effects on board, graffic EQ AND PERAMITER CONTROLL!
at 180 watts output, its pretty quiet!

Sound Quality : 2
Sound quality is not as good as the previous ACX 1000, by far, which makes the ACX 1800 very "bland" sounding" no matter where you set the graphic eq). By the time you have pulled down the preamp volume to ease the clip distortion light, (with main volume on MAX 10)you are left with only "bedroom volume" which I tested with my radio shack decibel meter at 1 meter, to be almost as loud as my Epiphone Valve junior (which is rated at 5 watts).
Maybe my ACX 1800 is faulty, but I've read on a few forum web sites that this is a "the" problem with this amplifier, 180 watts, turns out to be not much at all.
I can feel the sound waves from my 30 watt Vox at twenty paces, 180 watts ?????

Reliability : 9
I have owned this on for a week only, so I can say that reliability is not yet a problem.

Customer Support : 10
Behringer is a great company for problems, they e-mail'd me the UPS tickets for colection at my house. About a week and a half turn around.

You get what you pay for and these guys are the proof of that saying.
I got mine (ACX 1800) after having very very noisy effects trouble with an ACX 1000, Behringer replaced it with another ACX 1000 which was worse than my origional Acx 1000 (120 watts and almost loud enough for vey small gigs), which I returned to them, they then offered me this ACX 1800, I accepted, which is so quiet on full volume and tonally very insuficient that I'm dumbfounded and stuck with the bl**dy thing.
