Features : 8
Features are quite good(at first glance).
Read other reviews if you don't know them.
You must remember that this is only a 15W cheap practice amp,so don't expect much!

Sound Quality : 5
First of all I will start with information that I play mostly and mainly HEAVY HARD ROCK,TRASH METAL,NUMETAL,and a little of BLACK and DEATH.You can say rock and metal:)(from Disturbed,Godsmack,SOAD to Pantera,Audioslave,COB,In Flames).I'm not into any jazz type or lighter kinds of music,so the clean channel isn't of that much interest to me(but it counts too!from time to time I have a mood on something different and of course ballads must be nice to my ear)
Ok,lets start with variety of sounds that this amp can make.At the beggining i thought that i can get a wide range of sounds with it,but i was DECIEVED by other reviews, that say how good this amp is...nah..now I can only laugh,seriosly...don't take them with 100% of faith.
This amp really dissapointed me,I wanted something good in bedroom practice. There are many possibilities to configure this amp but the sound is still not that i wanted.
The distortions-not good enough,to say the truth...bad,only the tweed chanel was quite good, but that wasn't for my style of playing...californian and uk were quite similiar to each other(calif more bassy and noisy,uk with more midle within)-they both were weak, didn't have any punch. This hi-gain isn't even moderate gain and don't sounds at all(using a statment by producer 'hi-gain' is not good). The Hot setting was usuable.
Don't get me wrong,it's not that crappy amp.You can get decent settings with it but i was expecting a lot more.If youre expectations are also high,I don't recomend it.You can only dissapoint.
This amp had the best sound on clean channel with a stomp box,for example I used Marshall Jackhammer on a clen channel to get some 'normal' distortion. But this reviw is including only 'raw' amp.
My advice-if you really want to buy it go to the shop first and play on it,the best way is to hear it.Maybe YOU would like it,opposite to me...heh...but who knows unless you try?right?

Reliability : No Opinion
It didn't broke for the 3 months I had it.It's solid, like other solid states amps. Can't say more, just had to sell it.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Warranty was for 2 years, didn't have to use it for this 3 months:)!

Overall Rating : 5
I'm 21 years old and I've been playing guitar for around 4 years.I have some expirience...if you're a newbie, and this would be your first amp you could love it(COLUD).
You know what I'm using to practice now?A 10W Ibanez BASS amp(with no overdrive built in,only stompboxes).Weird that bass amp?I would say no,to this point it best suits me and i can get really good distortion.
If it were stolen...i wolud probably buy a roland cube instead like i should!!
