This Blues Pearl Bluesmaster Head has 2 6L6's and three 12ax7's. It has navy blue diamond pattern tolex, royal blue anodized chassis front, white chicken head knobs and white grill cloth. It looks better than a Matchless and sounds as good as a Fender Vibro King. Its basically a VibroKing in the head version. Its point to point constuction is flawless and it has a solid state rectifier which I think makes it sound punchier than a saggy tube rectifier. The one I have was originally made for Jeff Cook from the country group Alabama. I also have a Brittone 50 and Shred Head. See those reviews.

Sound Quality : 10
This amp was designed to be the perfect blues or country amp hence the name Bluesmaster. It has a master and gain so you can dial in the right amount of grind and still have that non-mastervolume tone that is warm, chimey, bluesy and really wide open. I love the Vibro King but you can't control the drive and the low end can be farty when you dig into low notes. Not the Bluesmaster, it has great low frequency response and would make Stevie Ray jump up out of his grave (God rest his soul). Robert Hudson, who is Blues Pearl and a master builder and tone guru, told me how many people he's sold to that chucked their Fender Custom Shops for his amps. Play anything he makes and you'll agree.

Reliability : 9
Custom point to point amps are usually bulletproof and should they go down, almost any good tech can figure them out. Blues Pearl spares no expense on components and his amps are surprisingly cheaper that other boutique companies. I've never had a problem.

Customer Support : 5
Although Robert Hudson is a very nice guy and very informative, he just doesn't have the time to build amps, market them, fill orders, and talk shop with customers. This is why you should just buy amps from him and forget about customer service. My experience with him is that anything you send him won't be returned for months and all you'll get is a full voice mail box. There's a reason people who buy his amps don't sell them. You won't find anything better. Seen any on E-Bay lately? Didn't think so.
