You can use it as a preamp or as a disto pedal
I give a 10 because I use it as an harmonics boost, but it's not the best preamp you can get...

I use mustang pickups and a bareknuckle warpig.
No noise at all
I use the clean before a MB studio preamp to add harmonics for clean and distorted sounds: the sound is now perfect (for me)
If I use both Brunetti and preamp disto, I get the most brutal sound I never heard

If I were stolen I would buy the overtone2 (the same with a crunch channel and a tone control)
