the bugera 6262 head is quite obviously styled after the peavey 6505+ and that's the kinda tonal area it hits perfectly. i'm not saying it's exactly the same, but if you want gain without losing any definition, this is a nice amp. it has 2 channels, clean (with non-footswitchable crunch switch) for your clean/crunch settings, and a Lead channel, which has enough gain to make a small child cry! there's also a footswitchable reverb and a footswitchable FX loop. 120watts which is more than enough for any gig or rehearsal and it has a nice switch on the back so you can set the ohm rating to match whatever cab you've got... 4ohm - 8ohm - 16ohm settings. its all tube... 6 preamp tubes and 4 power amp tubes... you can even swap the power amp tubes for 6l6's or el34's depending on what tone you want, i've just left the stock 6l6's in cause i quite like the american style tight distortion.

Sound Quality : 10
i use it with a selection of different guitars with active and passive pickups and i think it sounds best with passive pickups for the distortion and active for the clean/crunch settings, but that might just be me. i'm in a death metal band and it's perfect for that but i also like some bluesy stuff and when my band are elsewhere i often just jam out some blues on it and it really suits it, with the volume on the guitar just rolled back a bit on the crunch channel with the gain on about 5.

on the lead channel, with the gain at anywhere above 3 the amp does make quite alot of hissy noise and feedback can be an issue but the hiss goes away as soon as you play. the hiss is quite alot quieter than the actual distorted sound so it's not really an issue. the clean channel can distort at alot of settings, its more of a crunch channel than a VERY clean, but if you roll the volume on the guitar down and set the gain to 1 it is quite clean.

now lets face it, if you're buying a tube amp with 6 preamp tubes the distortion is gonna be brutal, and the 6262 doesn't disappoint. its heavy as an elephant carrying a lead statue on the surface of a white dwarf star! just remember not to put the gain on 10, cause too much gain will make your sound actually lose POWER.

Reliability : 9
my band and i have been gigging hard recently, and i'm talking at least 2 or 3 gigs a week... and in the 6 months i've owned this amp, it's not once let me down. i always take my solid state crate power block and my boss gt-8 to gigs as a backup just in case i blow a tube or something but its been fine so far.

off to gig again tomorrow!

Customer Support : 5
before owning this 6262 head i had a bugera 333xl head and after 2 months it crackled and died... power amp tube went microphonic and i mentioned this to the shop i bought it from and they basically said 2 months isn't good, should have lasted longer, we can replace the tubes or you can pick something else if you want, so i decided to go for the 6262 and I'm glad i did, the distortion is much better suited for my heavier tendencies but as for bugera themselves i cant say i've had to deal with them direct.

standard 1 year warranty on manufacturing faults (excluding tubes).

Overall Rating : 9
i've been playing now for 13 years and i've played through my fair share of equipment, gibson les pauls, strats, jackson RR1, esp eclipse's, marshall jcm800's + 900's, mesa's, randall's, peavey's. and i'm glad to say, for under ??500 you cant get a better new tube amp for metal. if it was stolen or lost i wouldn't hesitate in buying another.

the only thing i wish i could lose is the feedback but with this much gain, that's not gonna happen without a better noise gate pedal.

120 Watt all Tube high gain amplifier.
Classic two channel preamp design.
Runs on 6 12AX7 and 4 6L6 (easily convertible to EL34)
The clean channel has a crunch mode, wich is not footswitchable, and a bright mode also, wich is assignable to the clean mode only.
Lead channel is your full on metal tones.
Features Separate EQ section for each channel, and a master reverb (footswitchable) and presence for each channel.
Last but not least, there's also a footswitchable series effects loop for your external effects units.
A noise gate is not really needed, although it is a high gain amp, there's not really that much noise at reasonable volumes.

I'm giving it a 9 because the crunch mode could be footswitchable, although it is a MODE and not a CHANNEL.

Sound Quality : 9
I'm using a BC Rich Kerry King signature V (not really for the signature, more because of the Kahler and the graphics lol) with two active EMG and this amp just shines in every way soundwise. Although I play mostly Metal, I also play a lot of Jazz and Funk as well as Blues, and I've got to say that, to me, the most impressive feature of this amp is the clean channel. It's just brilliant. It is a high gain amp, yes, but the clean channel is just awesome. Lots of sensitivity and dynamics, as well as it sounds really warm and fat with the right EQ. With the bright switch on it almoust seems like i'm playing through a Strat: really bity tones. When we engage the crunch mode, the beast starts to show up. Although I use it as a light breakup mode for my bluesy tunes, when you push the gain to the top, it can get really heavy. It's your perfect classic rock tone.
Now for the LEAD CHANNEL, there's only one word: BRUTAL. There's lots of Overdrive. If you like the sound of Lamb of God's "As the palaces burn" album, this is the amp to get. Although it IS Brutal it's also quiet and very articulate sounding, as there is only as much gain as needed and usable. You wont get a sound so dirty that makes your awesome guitar sound like a poor man's chainsaw. It's just "on spot" Tones. You can really hear all the notes you play, so there's little room for mistakes wich is obviously good...
So this is a solid nine, as I don't what a 10 would be....

Reliability : 9
I've owned it for like about 14 months, and I've never had a single problem and I play almoust daily shows, sometimes in BIG venues so.....volume about 5-6....all across the country (Portugal (Europe)).
The foostswitch is REALLY heavy and durable (and under the footswitch there's this kind of velvet so if you're playing in your bedroom it won't ruin your floor(nice touch!!!))
I've changed Tubes recently, and put in some EH tubes and honestly I prefer the original Chinese Bugeras, musch warmer and thicker sounding.
If it is your first Tube amp, then there's some things you'll find out are needed to maintain a tube amp working properly. I leave mine about 15 minutes in stand by before and after playing. I always keep it clean and in a place that's not too hot nor too cold. Always detach your power cable when not playing for a while, et??

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never dealt with them, but they'll replace your broken amp in two days here in Europe. Always take a backup, anyway

Overall Rating : 10
Hands Down, best bang for the buck. period.

Of course you won't compare a 550 Euros amp to a 5000 one, although I also own a Triple Recto and now that I have the Bugera, I'm considering selling it, and buy another Bugera, exactly the same.

Very versatile amplifier, durable and just one of the best sounding amplifiers I have ever heard.

Bugera has obviously invested their time in this line.

Features : 9
The sound versatility of this amp is tremendous. I can pretty much dial in any rock/blues/metal/clean tone that I want without using any external effects or EQ.

The only reason that I have reduced the score to 9, is that I do wish it had the ability to switch the crunch channel on via the footswitch, boost volume through the pedal on the one channel and other features like a noise gate, effect send and return volume control and low gain input of the 333xl.

Sound Quality : 10
It is this that swayed me away from the 333xl which I was all set to purchase until I compared them both together in a music store through a Bugera 4x12 cabinet.

The clean channel on the 6262 had such a warmth and soul to it with just a hint of dirt. Even the salesman was surprised at the tonal change out of the same guitar and cabinet. Not that the 333xl sounded bad, it just felt more sterile and sounded closer to previous solid state amps I had owned.

I use a Jem 77fp with Dimarzio PAF PROs. As others have said if you have a fairly low action with high output pups you cannot get a truly clean sound without adjusting guitar volume or using a single coil combination. But when it is clean it stays clean to as far as I have been willing to push it volume wise and the tone is amazing.

The crunch channel is very good for classic rock and low to medium gain arrangements, but the lead channel is where the brutality happens! The chug I get with standard tuning is just pure wickedness.

The lead tone is lush, creamy and exactly what I have been missing with modelling software and solid state amps in the past.

Reliability : 10
I have had absolutely no issues so far and it looks and feels very solid. I have heard that newer modles have had their issues resolved.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing guitar for 28 years as a hobby and have owned combo solid state and tube amps in the past and a Vadis full tube amp with Fender Bassman cabinet. I have mainly used amp modelling software more recently.

This amp is by far the best sounding that I have heard for the variety of styles that I enjoy and beyond, such as blues, vintage rock and metal.

I compared this extensively to the 333XL both online and in the music store. While the 333XL had more features and the ability to produce a wider variety of tones, it lacked some fundamental tonal characteristic that I was seeking from a full tube amp.

If you are in the market for a new amp, do yourself a favour and get out there and compare these Bugeras, I am still completely gobsmacked that such a sound can be had for so little!

This amp like the 5150 is pretty basic in features, has clean, crunch, reverb and a fx loop. Nice to see a useful foot switch inc in the package, very nice. Like ive mentioned, pretty basic stuff but: if you buy an amp like this, valves and all, do you really want loads of digital fx's and such spoiling the simplicity of the style?

Sound Quality : 9
My style is death metal, fast, slow and a lot of heavy chugging, As a direct compare to the 5150, it has a little more fizz, a bit less bottom end, in fact you might find this a little ???middy??? BUT!! And this is a BIG but, there is a way to get total control and tweak the sound you need. My friends it is called the EQ effects peddle. It has very much changed the amp to suit my needs, I only spent about ??30 on a beheringer box and boy was I impressed. With the inclusion of the said eq peddle you get your bottom back, midd???s reduced leaving a nice rich dark sound but one perk over the 5150 with the EQ inclusion is a fantastic heavy chug that is very very appealing.
Right now im using a fender strat with Seymour Duncan hot rails & a Jackson dinky with Jackson???s stock humbucker ???rails???, the EQ box and noise gate.

Reliability : No Opinion
No problems yet

Customer Support : No Opinion
no reason to use

Overall Rating : No Opinion
Bought for a band to play along side the 5150 and now it does just that. I have to say seems a little erm??? fizzy and light by its self but by no means quiet, I dare say if you play heavy rock, blues or anything in-between it will suit without need for FXs, however with the aid of a EQ peddle it makes a worthy companion to the real deal (5150) when playing the dropped tuned heavy stuff. Sporting a glorious 120w power out, and a fantastic price I would buy again.

This amp has all the features you could hope for on a tube head. The best feature would be the pedal which switches channels(unfortunately not between clean and crunch), reverb and effects loop.

Sound Quality : 8
I have used quite a few different guitars with this amp. All sounded good in the bedroom but tend to get buried in the mix when playing with a band. I would say this amp sounds very good if you are looking for a scooped high gain sound, just don't expect to cut through the mix if your other guitarist is playing a good Marshall.

Reliability : 2
Let me start of by saying here that I am not a Bugera basher(at least I wasn't when I bought my first one). I had this amp for 6 months when I hooked up at a show and hit the power switch... nothing happened. The power light came on but no sound. I borrowed an amp from the headlining band(amid looks of "I told you so" from all the other musicians in the room). I contacted Bugera the next day and was given courteous instructions on how to return my amp for repair. A month or so later, I received my amp in great working order. I really liked the amp's sound but I was a little afraid of it, so I sold it. I was in a local music store a couple months later and saw a 6260 combo for cheap. Although I should have known better, I sorta missed the sound of my 6262... so I bought it. Well, another couple months passed and low and behold... Same thing happened to the 6260 that happened to the 6262. I know Bugera supporters are gonna chalk this up as another noob not knowing how to properly use a tube amp. I am 40 yrs old and have owned various tube amps including Peavey, Marshall, Carvin, Laney and Fender. I have never had a single problem with any other tube amp. If you own a Bugera, it is not a matter of if it will quit working, it is a matter of when.

Customer Support : 9
Customer support was very friendly and helpful.

Overall Rating : 1
My final score is based on the fact that in spite of the great features and good sound, these amps are completely unreliable. I would not ever buy another Bugera because the first time was their fault, the second time was my fault for not knowing better. For the price of a new Bugera, you can buy a used Peavey ultra or VTM, you can buy a used Laney AOR, or for a couple hundred more, you can possibly even find a decent Marshall JCM. Do not waste your money on a Bugera.

I play metal in the style of Chimaira, Lamb of God, Machine Head, etc. This amp is perfect for the style of music I play. It has all the basic things that a head should have (effects loop, footswitch, ...). The thing I like about this amp is that it even sounds great at low volume. Most tube heads have a lack of gain at low volume but with this one you can get a good metal sound at low volume. The build quality is not the quality you get from the more expensive amps. The previous head I owned was a Valveking and although it is also manufactured in China, the valveking has a much higher building quality. This head is not made for a lot of touring because it will break down.

Sound Quality : 9
I love the sound of this amp. It goes from a warm clean sound, over some crunchy and bluesy sounds to a straight high gain metal sound. Great for shredding and heavy riffs. For solos you can use some Reverb (footswitch) and it sounds really good. I play in a metal band but I could easilly use this in a rock or even blues band.

Reliability : 5
This is the reason I'm writing this review. Before I bought the amp, I had a lot of doubts about the reliability. I bought the amp in my local shop. First I've tried it at home, no problem. But when I used it to play with my band it produced a cracking sound. Even when the guitar was not plugged in. I changed all my wires and checked everything but it came from the amp. I brought it back to the shop and after a week they gave me another one. I have no problems with this one so far. I just wanted you to know that you should be aware that these kinds of problems may happen. I have a back-up head so for me it's not a problem but I can imagine that it can be a huge problem when you have to do a show with your band.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I haven' dealt with the customer support of Bugera because I brought the amp back to my local shop.

I love the amp and for that price its' a huge bargain.

'07 model. Picked this up in a gear trade, a Les Paul, a Marshall SLP Super Lead 100 RI and if I threw another two bills in I could take the Bugera 6262 combo, which my friend affectionately called the "Bug". I said what the hell, it's 120 watts and if it craps he'd make it right on something else. So here's the rundown; Bugera is out of Canada, distributed by Behringer, with the amps constructed in China. It's all valve PCB construction, six 12AX7s, four 6L6 power valves, swappable to EL34s with a flick of a switch and a quick bias. 120 watts, two channel, kind of like three if you count the crunch mode on the clean channel, 2x12 custom Bugera loudspeakers and enough knobs to keep you in tweaker's heaven. I've been putting this thing through the mill for a month now, and I mean hard, and so far all I can say is maybe the Chinese got it right. Bugera takes the time to match the power valves, which you don't often see in a budget amp, albeit they are Chinese valves. The clean channel ain't Fender clean, but it ain't a Fender. It'll break up pretty quick with humbuckers, a little more headroom with single coils. There is a crunch mode on the clean channel, nice for power rhythm work. the Lead channel is just that, for powerful lead work. This thing will get some insane gain, but it will feedback on you in a hurry, so watch that gain level or employ a good noise gate. As with most cascaded preamp gain designs, they can be noisy, and this amp is no exception, getting a fair amount of hiss on the lead side. This amp actually employs five of the valves for preamp, one for phase splitter, and using digital reverb, not wasting any of the valves for a spring reverb tank. Novel. It could use better speakers, so I put good ol' Vintage 30s in. Much better. Sounds even better plugged into one of my 1960 4x12 cabs. Now the bad; plastic pots, not secured to chassis, one good knock on a knob could shut you down. Plastic input jack. Mine broke, so put in high quality Switchcraft jack. Valves are good, could be better, but since they are performing ok, I'll leave them be. It's heavy, damn heavy. Put some casters on it, or get a road case if you're gonna gig it, otherwise it'll put your shoulder out. It has enough power for most venues. I'm taking it out to gig next week. I'll update.

Sound Quality : 8
Good rock/hard rock/heavy rock amp. Probably not for the drop tuning crowd or nu metal folks. It's got fairly good tone, and it's freakin' loud as hell. The Lead channel will get you some cookin' distortion without getting fizzy. I've heard some say almost akin to a 5150 or 6505

Reliability : 7
Had to replace input jack, but she hasn't shut down, blown a fuse or a valve or overheated. No discernible rattles from the cab. We'll see.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Haven't had to use them. but i hear they will replace a problematic amp under warranty.

Overall Rating : 7
Since I got it in a trade with some extra cash thrown in, I'm not gonna lose sleep if it dies. Probably wouldn't get another. I'll just play it, if it ain't expensive to repair, I'll repair it.

I have 2 guitars that I use. A Fender Powerhouse Strat. It has a 12Db midrange active boost built-in. When I want to use the boost, which is most always because it gives the guitar a great sound, it easily overdrives the clean channel. I do 70's classic rock, Eagles, Clapton etc....and I like to have a very clear clean channel....like a twin reverb on 3. When I use the Strat, it overdrives the channel. Maybe they should install two inputs...one full gain and one that is padded.
I also have an Epiphone 335 copy with the humbucker type pickups. I get a bigger sound from that guitar and much more low and mid tones.
I may try a pad in the input section to see what that does.

Reliability : 5
What the one person said about a power supply for tube protection is absolutely correct! The first one of these amps I had went up in smoke because of bad electricity. Fire under one of the tubes etc.
They exchanged it for me...(whew!)
It is cold here now, and I haven't used it much because I don't have a case for it.

Customer Support : 10
Only had to deal with the store where I bought it. They replaced it no problems!

Overall Rating : 9
I have played for a long time. My first gig was Moses' 5th birthday party! I would love to have a 4 x 12 box with 4 JBL's in it just to see how loud and clean this guy would go. I LOVE CLEAN!
I don't care much for amps that boast of high power but then break up very early in the setup.
I wish it had 2 inputs....one padded and one not.

It is a fairly new product, so no one that I have seen is making a cheap hard roadcase for it. I will most likely have a custom built once it warms up in Ohio and I go back to gigging with this amp. The cold weather and no case, i just dont want to take the chance!

Sound quality is actually amazing both clean and distorted and everything between.....A noteworthy aspect of this amp over great amps of the past such as marshall 2205, ampeg lee jackson VL series is they didn't waste a preamp tube for the reverb, they used digital reverb for that which sounds BETTER and allows the tubes to be used for GAIN.....Best sound for the money and MORE......

Reliability : 10
As with all TUBE amps you will have to deal with fagile tubes but that isn't a problem for the working man, who treat his stuff well...

They replaced all 4 tubes when only 1 actually went bad.....Many thanks.......

This amp was made in 2008. I am in a progressive/hardcore/death/metal/melodic/jazz/rock/blues... all over the place kind of band, and it works pretty well in all those styles, especially in the genres that require a good amount of gain. Containing 6, count em 6, 12ax7 Bugera preamp tubes as well as 4 6L6 Bugera tubes which can be converted to accept EL34s with a flick of a switch located next to the tubes inside the body. I was a little concerned about Bugera tubes, being that how many people are currently scrambling for those coveted Bugera tubes. But, they sound good. So egg on my face. Speaking of eggs, it also has chicken head knobs which I love, and very responsive pots. The clean channel is not exactly to my liking but more on that later. The amp has two channels, Clean and Lead each with is own presence and reverb control. The clean channel has a few nice options like crunch, and a bright switch. The lead channel is just that, large amounts of distortion. The footswich allows you to turn on and off the reverb for each channel AND turn on and of the FX loop, which is pretty niffty. The 6262 is a straight forward high gain amp and is a very affordable one at that. The only thing that I would want that Bugera offers on other amps is a built in noise gate. But I have one, so no worries. I use this amp for live shows, practice, but not recording. At least yet. This amp is loud!

Sound Quality : 7
I use Ibanez guitars, humbucker and single coils of a few different brands, various body styles, woods, and tunings. Each guitar brings its own flavor and sound out of this amp. But you as a guitar player should already know this. The variety of styles this amp can access is very broad. Mind you it may not tread into each realm very efficiently. The clean channel, try as you might, is never really clean, it always has a little bite in it. Which is not a bad thing, kinda, but you should know its there before buying. The clean channel also has a very nice compression on it, giving it a real tight sound. The low-end on this amp is crushing and even more so on the lead channel, which is great by my standards. But much like the slight bite that is ever present on the clean channel, it's hard to make disappear... but then again I don't want it to. The bright switch for the clean channel does just that, makes everything a little brighter. And the crunch option, which sadly is only availible by walking over to the amp and pushing the crunch switch on/off, adds a decent amount of gain to the clean channel giving a nice rock tone. The nice thing though is when switching between the clean and lead channel it will stay with you choice of crunch on or off. The lead channel is great for heavier music inclined guitarists. The distortion on this channel can go further than you probably want it to. At 3-4 is a decent rock sound, 5-6 is good for some metal, hardcore, and some death even, 7-8 is directly in the middle of very saturated land, and 9-10 is just buzzsaw. But a great sounding buzzsaw. The lows like I said before are great if you like a very heavy sound, mids are very responsive leading to a great punch with every riff or rhythm, and the highs are very impressive making everything scream. For each channel there is separate reverb. Going from a very mild airy quality to an enormous cavern like sound on each respective channel. There is also an independent presence control for each channel, which works just fine by my standards. I don't tend to use much though.

Reliability : 8
I depend on it. As much as you can depend on a $600 tube amp from a relatively new company. I, as anyone that has been playing for a while, am a little frightened that something will go wrong with the Bugera 6262. That being said, nothing has so far. Besides being impressed with what I am hearing from the amp, I also heard a lot of "wows" and "I can't believe that this is only this much." Go try one out, you may not find the amp of your dreams, but this fella will surely impress you. It's getting an 8 because of my inability to trust this amp completely yet, but each day thus far I am proven wrong.

Customer Support : No Opinion
No experience with customer support. SO ITS GREAT, or horrible! I don't know.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing for roughly 10+ years. I've owned a lot of gear and parted with a lot of gear. If this was stolen or suffered a horrible fate of some sort, I would be very upset. I may not buy one again, for the only reason I am always looking for the bigger better greater sound. But I wouldn't rule it out. This amp is inexpensive, and as for sound at this price... can't really beat it. I checked it out against is brother from a different mother the 6505+ and they were hard to tell apart. The Bugera was actually amazingly easier to dial in good tones right off the bat.
If you are looking for a inexpensive, high high high gain amp. The Bugera 6262 is probably for you. Go try one out!!!

I bought this amp in February. It's versatility is good enough for a 2 channel amp. I can footswitch between two completely different sounds or two similar sounds depending on how I set the knobs.

I don't use the reverb much although it does sound nice.

The amp has plenty of power when I'm playing in my band with our extremely loud drummer.

Sound Quality : 9
I use an Ibanez Xiphos, Epiphone G-400 and Sheraton. All of these guitars sound really good through this amp. I play almost everything and with these three guitars I can get almost any sound I want out of this amp minus twangy country for which I would need a tele.

The amp has a little hiss on the gain channel but it's not back. The clean channel does break up at the higher level which I like a lot.

The clean is very trebly! I find myself keeping my presence and treble knobs down very low to get a warm clean sound. The crunch channel is great for all kinds of rock and classic metal. The lead channel is super heavy and has tons of gain. I feel like the eq knobs don't do a lot.

Besides all of this...it's a great sounding amp for the price. I don't think there is anything else out there for this price that sounds as good. I definitely think it is just as good as any Peavey amp and I have own Peavey before. The other guy in my band also has a 6505+.

They sound very similar. Very brutal heavy sound. I don't even use a boost anymore.

Reliability : 9
I have had it since February and haven't had any problems. I take it to weekly band practice and crank it up and no problems. Nothing, don't let people tell you that they may sound good but have bad reliability. I haven't had any reliability problems and my buddy has one too and he hasn't had any problems either. Just because it's made in china doesn't mean it's bad quality. You would be surprised at how much stuff in your house is chinese made!

Customer Support : 9
I've dealt with customer support only to find out more info. Everytime they e-mail me back in like 10 minutes. They are extremely nice. I always talk with Rolf over e-mail. He's a good guy and is always helpful. Don't listen to people saying the customer service is bad. I called Behringer about it before I bought my amp and the girl I talked to on the phone played in a band and we talked about gear for like 20 minutes.

Overall Rating : 9
I hear so many people bad mouth Bugera. Yet anyone who has every played one doesn't bad mouth them. They may not love them but they can't deny that they sound good and are a good deal. There are a lot of people that will say that something sucks just because it's cheap and that's just their way of feeling better about spending alot of money on their amp.

Bugera amps are great! I have fun when I play mine. It sounds good. The tones I get inspire me to play more. The amp is easy to get great sounds out of.

If you have the money to spend on a high end amp go for it!

If you want a good sounding amp and aren't afraid about it saying Bugera on the front...get one

At least go to a store and try one out. You may not buy one but I think you will be impressed.

Very brutal, but lifeless sounding distortion on the lead channel. Crunch channel and it's voicings are very Marshall sounding. Clean was just that, clean.

Reliability : 3

I work at a small music store. We sell guitars, amps, pa and gear and also handle repairs on these sorts of things. A customer brought in a 2008 Bugera 6262 head that he complained about the power tubes not firing and no output. Our amp tech went through the entire amp and found a number of small time-saver constructions issues. The main one, and the cause of the amp failing as he explained to me, was that the transformer cable was connected to the tube section with a clip. It was not soldered. The clip is not capable of reliably handling the 5 amp current and will eventually smoke itself and fail on you. It's just a design flaw that's easily fixed, but keep this in mind when you gig without a back up. Have a good amp tech look it over and hand-solder that connection. It should be just as reliable as any other tube amp from then on. Bugera may have fixed this with more recent amps, but I have no way of knowing that.

Customer Support : 10
They supplied schematics for the amp, no problem.

Overall Rating : 3
Decent amp for metal and hardcore styles and most things up to that point that call for a very scooped distortion. Beware the reliability flaw I explained above, though. Remember, Bugera is a Behringer brand and Behringer is infamous in the industry for being cheaply made, unreliable garbage. They will replace your broken gear, but they can't and won't fix it. I was surprised they gave us the schematic to the amp. Basically, their stuff works well until it doesn't work at all and that often happens sooner rather than later.

Made probably in 2008, bought it on the 30th august. quite a versatile amp. I mostly play hard rock/classic rock and it does that quite well on the crunch channel. 2 channel valve amplifier, it takes 6l6's but is convertable to el34. The clean channel has a crunch button and a bright button for a sweet high end boost for bluesy sounds. The footswitch is useful but i wish it had a switch for the crunch channel. The footswitch itself has switchs for the lead channel the clean channel the reverb and the fx loop. I often use this amp at home to practice, but have cranked the amp to half way before stuff fell off shelves. I would have absolutely no problem gigging with this amp.

Sound Quality : 9
At the moment i am using an epiphone sg special guitar, and does not give the amp its true potential. Although, the lead channel is incredibly gainy. I can't see myself putting it past 3 for rhythems. I am a lead guitarist and use the crunch channel for verse work and really only use the lead channel for solo-ing. Note clarity is important to me when i solo on the lead channel, but the notes cut through the high amounts of gain it has. There is feedback but then i am playing within 4-5 metres of the amp. Cleans are usable and nice sounding with my neck pickup. The reverb goes from subtle to echo-y and has a good sweep. Presence control is great for going from dark metals tones straight to 70's rock.

Reliability : No Opinion
Havn't had it for long, seems well built though. Tube amps are notoriously fickle though, so i shall treat it with care.

Havn't had the amp for long, no repairs but you get warrenty after registration on their website.

I have been playing for quite a while and have owned numerous other amps, but mostly solid state crap. I love this amp but if it were lost or stolen, i might take a closer look at the crate v100h but would definatly consider this one very highly. I would like to swap the tubes for svetlana el34's to get more of a crunch from the amp. Overall this is a great amp for the money and has stunning looks all over.

Conceived in 2008 Very versitile amp for many styles of music. I play mostly aggressive hardcore metal though. I do wish the crunch channel had an option to switch to on the clean but now big deal cuz i will throw a distortion pedal in there to fix that. Plenty o'power, only had it up to 2 an it goes head to head with my solid state Randall 200 watt.

Sound Quality : 10
Well I'm used to my solid state Randall but this has some serious sound. Perfect for metal rhythm and was not dissapointed, the notes actually come through very clear. Presense on both channels is awesome. Takes some tweaking but I got my tone after about two hours playing around with it. The clean channel is warm an sweet too.

Reliability : No Opinion
Hope to use it as a main head, but will bring my Randall as a backup just in case. Not that I don't have any faith but hey u never know what can happen.

I haven't had the thing that long but I would deffinately pick up this head. Thinkin about the 333xl too before it goes up in price. But u can't go wrong especially if you play any kind of metal.

Got the Bugera a week ago. I've been playing it almost non-stop since. It's a 120W all-tube head with 2 channels (lead and clean/crunch), seperate EQ sections, separate presence and reverb controls for the channels, an ohm switch, an effect loop and a footswitch. It's got everything I was looking for in an amp and the only flaw in this department is that you can't switch between all the 3 channels with the footswitch.

Sound Quality : 10
I play mainly metalcore and post-hardcore with the amp but also rock/metal in general. I play it with a Korean made Epiphone Vintage SG with Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge and a 59 in the neck through a Harley Benton 2x12 cab w/ Celestion Vintage 30's. The amp has THE sound for me and I played quite a lot of amps before I finally bought this one. First of, the clean channel was a pleasent surprise. It isn't as warm and smooth as an Orange AD30 but still it's among the best in hi-gain-amps I've played (the other good ones being Engl). Can do clean or a little break-up, which ever works for you. Both sound real nice. Crunch channel isn't really special in any way but it gets the job done. Good but not excellent. The real gem of this amp is the lead channel. Brutal, massive and liquid without getting lost in the mix. If you don't crank the presence, you can't get a bad sound out of it. Forget Mesa, forget Peavey, buy Bugera!!

The Bugera is my favourite together with Orange AD30. Don't let the cheap price tag fool you because for any heavier style of music Bugera is number 1!!

Three channels, clean, crunch, and lead. 4, 8, 16 ohm out puts which really make a difference in tone. Individual reverb and presence control and a switchable effects loop via foot switch.

Sound Quality : 8
Well, this is were it counts. The amp sounds great. The lead channel has that mid sweet spot right out of the box, you can scoop them out pretty good and the highs aren't so bad. To aid in the highs I threw in some Mesa Boogie 12ax7a Russian 2's in the front of the preamp section to change the voicing. Everyone knows Russian 12ax7's have a flatter high range and combined with Chinese at the end I get the best of both worlds. The amp is pretty quite, even with the gain dimed out. I run a boss NS-2 in front of the amp and it is dead quite. String attack and palm mute runs are easy and natural feeling ( not digital ). The crunch channel is a lot of fun. Great tone for classic rock and blues. The clean channel is were this amp lacks. Since it was modeled after the 6505 that explains it. I use EMG's and I really can't get a totally clean sound from this channel without ruining the over all tone of the clean channel. That's okay I just roll back on the volume a bit and there it is. My only complaint is the amp lacks low end. It has low end, but not enough for me, so I put an EQ in the effects loop and gave it some more. Other than that it is great. It is loud as hell and I mean it, wow. I am pushing two 4x12's easy with this thing.

Reliability : 6
Has plenty of power and doesn't work too hard out waking the neighbors. Foot switch is tough, but the cable that comes with it is not, so don't step on it if you don't have to.

Don't know, hope I never will.

Great amp. Doesn't sound like a Mesa, I know this is my Mesa's back-up. Does it sound like a 5150, 6505. Probably better. More head room , a better clean and a hell of a lot louder, plus you can achieve a good tone with out having cranked all to hell like most tube amps. It's nice having a loop and reverb via foot switch. What can I say it's a brutal killing machine.

A fairly new product to the tube amp world. Have always been searching for my perfect tone and of course a tube amp would do that. I mostly play metal and this amp met my needs. It has channel switching, reverb which the channel remembers reverb, effects loop switchable, six preamp tubes, four 6l6. 120w. This was my main amp, I have no other.

Sound Quality : 10
The distortion channel needs an eq in the effects loop to cut down on some of that brittleness. After that, it was awsome. Clean is clear and crisp, crunch, well, is crunch. A little noise, which is expected from a high gain amp, noise supressor can control that. You can get a wide range of sounds from this amp just by teaking. Lots of headroom in the clean channel.

Reliability : 1
Here is the moment every Peavey owner has been waiting for. If you notice, I always said (was). I bought this amp three months ago, it has been working fine, today I turn on the on switch, but leave the standby off as normal, I wait a few seconds while I am plugging in my guitar, flip the standby switch, no sound. I check all my cables both instrument and speaker, and everything is plugged in, cables are good pedals are good, guitar is good. I then look at the tubes, only four of the preamp tubes were glowing, and none of the power amp tubes were on. The amp is completely dead, brand new. Now I got to take it back and ship it off. Yes, I am in a working band also. Thanks alot Bugera!

Customer Support : No Opinion
We are about to find this out! When I bought the amp, I called the number provided with the manual, they said if there were problems with it I would have to exchange it. To bad I had to special order it because no store around me carries this amp.

It does not matter how versital or how good an amp sounds if the thing cant work in the first place. I hope I can exchange it, the exchange period may be up already though.

THIS AMP DOES IT ALL WELL...BUT KIDDIES YOU HAVE TO BE CAREFUL TO LET THE TUBES WARM AND COOL BEFORE YOU THROW IT IN THE GIG VAN...ITS THE DOWN FALL OF ALL TUBE AMPS THEY ARE DELICATE...SOLID STATE IS BETTER FOR GARAGE BANDS THAT ARE ROUGH ON THEIR EQUIPMENT...THE PROBLEM IS THIS AMP IS THAT ITS AFFORDABLE BY ALL AND THAT ALTERS THE STATISTICS OF RELIABILITY A BIT. IT IS BY ALL ACCOUNTS A BOUTIQUE AMP AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS IF IT COST THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS, THEN IT WILL LAST YOU A LIFETIME. THE AMP IS BUTTERY AND BRUTAL AND ALL FLAVORS IN BETWEEN...I'VE USED IT WITH ACTIVE AND PASSIVE PICKUPS STRATS AND GIBSONS ITS JUST A GREAT AMP!!! AGAIN AS GOOD AS ALL SNOBBY PRICED STUFF!!! C'MON PEOPLE LETS GET REAL...OUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IS AMBITION THANK FULLY MY MESA TRIPLE REC WAS NOT MADE ON FRIDAY AT THREE O'CLOCK.
THAT WOULD BE DISHONORABLE IN CHINA TO LET QA CATCH A PROBLEM IN ASSEMBLY THAT YOU CAUSED OUT OF LAZINESS.....THIS AMP IS JUST GREAT DEAL WITH IT!!!

Customer Support : 8
GERMANY HAS TRADE ISSUES WITH THE US. ANOTHER REASON FOR CHINA ASSEMBLY SO CONTACT IS ALSO DIFFICULT. I HAVE NOT HAD ISSUES OR A NEED FOR CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY BUT, THEY DO SUPPORT THE PRODUCT IN OREGON SO RETURNING IT FOR REPAIR SHOULD POSE NO ADDITIONAL PROBLEM. TREATED CORRECTLY ACCORDING TO WARRANTY INFORMATION ENCLOSED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING IT WILL LAST A LONG TIME...I SUGGEST YOU ACTUALLY READ IT KIDS THIS IS IMPORTANT INFO.

Overall Rating : 10
BEEN PLAYING 30+ YEARS...AND I'VE HAD AND PLAYED ALOT OF AMPS...RANDALL,BUDDA,MESA,MARSHALL,GALIEN KRUEGER,AND SOLDANO TO NAME A FEW....THIS AMP ROCKS..HAS MORE BOTTOM END THAN A 5150 OR 6505 AND IS LOUDER THAN A EVH 5150 III..( BY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THE SAME 5150 III CABINET )...GERMANS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN KNOWN FOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THE CHINESE ARE DEDICATED QUALITY ASSEMBLERS...BETTER ALL THE TIME THATS WHY THE USA IS HURTING TODAY...WE'RE LAZY. TO PUT IT SIMPLY IF THIS AMP WAS MADE IN CALIFORNIA TO EXACT SPECS IT WOULD BE ALOT MORE COSTLY EASILY $2000. A GREAT AMP...ALOT CHEAPER THAN A BOGNER OR OTHER EXPENSIVETIQUE AMP!!!

Amp was built early 2008. Features 2 channels, clean and Lead. The clean can switch to rhythm. it has two complete sets of EQ and switchable reverb for both channels. Sports six 12AX7 tubes and 4 TAD-made 6L6 tubes. It also has an fx loop and selectable speaker impedance. Very loud amp and rather well made.

Sound Quality : 9
I use various Strats with single coils and various humbucker loaded les pauls, SG's and Ibanez's. This amp adapts to all kinds of pickups. You adjust the volume controls on your guitar and you get your tone. When overdriven, it cleans up pretty well when backing off on the guitar volume. It has tons of gain and gets plenty of overdrive to satisfy most metal heads. Awesome for 80's-90's metal but can do blues and jazz by adjusting the controls accordingly. if fitted with EL34's, it will get that gnarly, gritty and punchy british tone. In my experience, I don't believe this is a 5150 knock-off. Although it can sound close to it, it has it's own thing going on and it is unfair to say that it is a Peavey copy. The control plate may look familiar but that's where it ends. All the people who are bashing this amp should be playing a solid state amp.

Reliability : 9
Seems like it is pretty dependable but it is too early to tell. I've owned it for about a month and had no problems with it yet. Time will tell. A peek inside the chassis reveals smaller than usual filter capacitors, but the tube sockets are al made of ceramic material. While the pots are flimsy, it does use metal film resistors and decent quality coupling capacitors. Also worth mentioning is the chrome plated tranformers do not get even warm - which is a good sign. I've replaced the power tubes with EL34's because of my taste. However, I believe that the TAD branded factory loaded 6L6 tubes are just fine. A definite plus is the ability to change between 6L6 and EL34 power tubes by using a chassis mounted switch and adjusting the bias by connecting a multimeter to an RCA plug while turning the mini pot next to it.

Customer Support : 1
They kind of suck. I've emailed them (behringer and bugera) a couple of times but never got an answer back. I hope I will never need them as I'm sure they hope to have to deal with their customers as little as possible. Anyway, I'm trained in electronics and the only thing I would ask of customer service is a schematic of the amp. (Many companies include a schem of the amp with the product the sell) However, Behringer seems to have a ****** up policy about sharing this kind of information, so in my book, they blow - big time.

Overall Rating : 9
Been playing 20 years and will be playing for another 20....
This amp is definitely worth buying at this price - all tube, except for reverb, which is pretty nice, and loud as hell on top of a 4X12 Vintage 30 cab. Great tone all around, looks great and seems like it's built pretty well. Behringer may be shaping up after all....

I`ve owned 2 5150 amps (combo & head). I have to say this amp sounds alot like the combo w/ more usable gain & a better clean...much better.Very buttery.
I have no real use for the crunch on this amp.
The lead channel is very raw & metal all the way. Again it is very 5150 sounding but has a more bottom end available.
If you can find a better sounding amp for less than a grand(excluding the 333xl by bugera) then get it.

For referance sake in my 25+ years of playing I have had around 20 heads, and 15 combos & about every preamp/poweramp rack set up known to man. Tube ,digital and Solid State I`ve had a little of everything. I dont believe you should limit your your thinking to just big name brands. If is sounds good & works good buy it. The rest is hype.
This amp sounds great & it did not cost alot.

This amp has some plenty of great features, especially for the price. My favorite feature would have to be that you can switch the effects loop and the reverb from the included foot switch. I hate using reverb for rhythm so it's great to be able to kick it in only for a lead. I do wish they had put a gain adjustment on the effects loop but if you use decent effects you won't really need it. My biggest gripe is that the crunch setting on the clean channel can not be activated by the foot switch. This is very inconvenient if you play a song that has clean, crunch and lead sounds. In a pinch, you can use an overdrive pedal or just back your volume off on the lead channel. I would probably have given an 8 for this section but considering the price of the amp, I think it's positive features outweigh the negatives.

Sound Quality : 10
I play in a semi-heavy rock band. I play a BC Rich STIII and a Switch Orville(both with Seymour Duncan Screamin' Demons) and a Peavey Detonator(stock humbucker). The distortion is full, warm, punchy and thick. I know there are a lot of people on the internet that claim these amps lack tone. I am sure these reviews are from guys who paid 2 or 3 times more for their amp and don't want to accept that these sound just as good(or better). I bought this amp for the lead channel but the clean channel is great too. I am a pedal geek and pedals need a great clean tone so this was a pleasant bonus for me. The drive setting on the clean channel sounded a little harsh for my taste but my Wusabi overdrive sounds so good that it more than makes up for it.

Reliability : No Opinion
This is the big question that everybody is waiting to see on these amps. The people that buy them hope they are dependable, the bashers hope they melt down in the first 6 months. Only time will tell. They seem very well built on the outside. There are no signs of sloppy workmanship so I am hoping for the best here.

Customer Support : 1
I did send an email asking a question about how to order a nameplate(mine was scratched in shipping). I never received an answer. This is not acceptable. Even if they were unable to process an order for some reason, they could have sent a reply.

Overall Rating : 9
Despite the low score I gave for Customer support, I still have to give a 9 overall. I bought this amp for the sound and it delivered everything I expected and more. I really don't think you can buy an amp that sounds this good for anywhere near the price. If it blows up, I will get it repaired. If it can't be repaired I will buy another or look for something else. Just remember, if you read a review bashing the sound, the reviewer is either a moron or falls in the category mentioned above and is just jealous.

- I guess this amp has been made late 2007.
- Yes : I play in a band called Dunes, it is pretty approaching style like dire straits, pink floyd, Neil Young, coldplay... I only use the clean channel, with the gain at max, volume between 2 and 3 in rehearsal, 4 to 5 in concerts. It is a REAL clean channel, but brings this little crunch that I like when you play with the volume knob of the guitar. depending you are using single coil or humbeckers pickups, the crunch will be different. I like it both. If I need overdrive, I just switch my Maxon OD9 on, and that is it. Fantastic sound.
- it has 2 real channels in that the eq is independant for each. The pedalboard (that is supplied with the amp, important to precise) allows not only to switch frm channel clean to lead, but also switch reverb or not for each channel (and keeps the memory switching), same for the effects loop. No headphone jack, fortunately enough!!!
- I use this amp for both rehearsal and concerts. I use to play on a Soldano ROS 50. It is now my back up amp. The 6262 is much more versatile than the Soldano. It is a 120 watts output, I guess I have enough!

Sound Quality : 10
Ok. I use:
- fender strat, Japan (ri 57) all equipped with double mini humbuckers (di marzio super dist, chopper and air norton, from bridge to neck)
- fender strat american deluxe 50th anniversary (with the S1 switch)
- gibson lespaul custom 1993 A+++
- OMI Gibson DM33 Dobro equipped with a highlander pickup in the biscuit (yeah, right into the 6262, and it just sounds GREAT!)
- double neck riverside SG shape, humbuckers gibson type.
- fender tele 52 ri, neck pickup is a minidouble Joe Barden, a killer pickup!

Music style - see above.

Noisy? the clean channel makes no noise, even with the gain at max. the crunch brings noise, but I do not use it.
The lead brings a bit of noise, not a problem, and I do not use it either.

regarding the clean channel, as said above, it depends highly on the guitar you play, and the guitar pickups. The crunch that I obtain is fine to me, really smooth, musical, not brutal. same again : volume between 3-5, gain at max. then I control everything from the volume knobs of my guitars (except the dobro where I use an earnie ball volume pedal). It is a real happiness. All I need for myself and my band is here. Note that the maxon is in charge to give the overdrive for guitar solos. Oh and I have to precise that I am a slide guitar player. My guitars are tuned in E, G, A and D mostly. This has an obvious impact on the sound, as well as the type of bottlenecks I use (Dunlop pyrex and moonshines ceramic and porcelain slides).
This is to me the most versatile amp I ever play with. The sound that I obtain fits well with the band music, and merely musical. Compared to my previous amp (soldano) I now have the complete possibility to do whatever I want with it. From clean to crunch, just at the speed of a dial with your guitar volume knob, and this is it.

Reliability : 8
I think that for the price, I would just buy a second one!

so far so good, but I only have one month experience. looks sturdy though, I dont see why I should expect problems with it.

I'll rate it an 8 because of lack of experience.

I haven't delt with the company, except I have frendly mail exchanges with Bugera amps . I like their website. simple and clear, easy and user friendly. all manuals are available in countless languages, just a pdf file to download. The amps documentation is fine although not really needed as the 6262 is so simple to operate (that's how it should be). There is a good view of the amp features, I like the magnifying feature that you can find there, very nice. There is also a report about tubes where I learnt a great deal. Pretty good.
other than that, no opinion .

I've been playing for about 34 years now, i've been through Marshalls, Laney's, Soldano's, fender's and some others ... well, this bugera 66262 head is probably my best buy ever when it comes to guitar amps, and I would just redo the choice without any doubt!

I love the clean sound and the slight crunch that I can get from it. It is just so versatile and fits my music best as ever. I also like its look, I think it is just beautiful.
Nothing I hate, really. I 've said I dont use the lead channel (today - this might change cause I have not really played with it so far).

I've read here and there about people that take this amp down, without even trying it I'm sure, just because it is cheap and because it is distributed by behringer, and the china stuff and all that jazz. I tell you : I dont give a single damn about all this crap, becuase this Bugera brings me all that I've been expecting from a good amp since a very long time without ruining me : 498 euros, shipping included!!! just try to find better...

I did not compare other than my Soldano ros 50 - which is nothing to compare I agree. but when I saw the price, I decided to take the chance. And I was obviously right. I never could afford some 3000 euros moreless in a Mesa or other stuff. I say it again : I am considering buying a spare one.

What I wish it has ? last long! That I dont know about, I will come back next year and let you know but for sure, there is no reason why I should have reliability problems with the 6262. After all, it is just an amp head, you have to take normal care (I'll build a flight case for it) when carrying, tubes care, etc that you would normally do with any other expensive gear, right? so no reason why we'd expect problems.

In all, best value for money. and most important : my band mates like the sound, and it brings a lot to Dunes. That was the main goal, and it is reached.

Independant EQ, quiet channel switching, effect loop, 10 tubes! Beautiful sounding clean/crunch channel, lead channel is killer.

Jackson dnky, Gibson Flying V, Ibanez humbuckies
Great for blues and 80's metal. Has gain like Ho Ho Hoey if you know what I mean. I love the clean channel break up too. Using a Spider II 412 cab or an Avatar 212. It doesn't hang over like I though it would so I don't have to buy a larger cabinet!

Reliability : No Opinion
Seems well made. It's a tube amp so gotta treat it gently. 10 tubes

Unable to register the warranty due to website problem but they are working on it.

Playing 30 years, I would buy another. I was waiting for comparison reviews with the 333XL and the price went up $100. I had to buy it before it went up again. I love how it looks. It is way nicer than I thought. I wish it had a footswitch for the crunch option but I don't need it. You select it before you play and it cleans up when you roll of the the volume on the guitar. Very nice, I don't need any of my distortion or gain pedals. The effect loop is footswitchable and I have a Midiverb II in the loop for delay/Chorus. Reverb is also on the floor as well as clean/gain. I have a Marshall AVT150 which is nice but it will be a backup now. This amp sings and every time I play I can't belive how much easier it is to play. Notes jump out at the slightest touch of the fretboard! I had a Marshall DSL40 that came nowhere near this sound quality. I also had a Seymour Duncan convertible that didn't came close.

The Bugera offers the same features as a peavey 6505 with the exception of a res. knob. It has been replaced with a presence knob. It has 120 watts of tube power and a switch on the back for 4 8 and 16 ohm speaker cabs. 6 12ax7's and 4 6L6 convertable to EL34 if you prefer. The amp, regardless of many opinions I've found on the web, isn't stealing looks from Peavey or Soldano. It definitely has it's own good looks.

Sound Quality : 10
The sound quality is tremendous. I base my opinion off the sound of 5150's , 6505's, SLO100,etc,.. they all share a smooth distorted sound. I have played D-rect's, Soldano's, Jcm's .. I swear to you the amp has an amazing crunch/lead to it for metal and Hi-gain fans. Now, the clean channel has something all of it's own. It sounds better than any other amp I've ever played through. The only amp I haven't heard the clean channel through is a vox ac30 (cause nobody has one in my area). No obstructive noise and completely warm.MMMmmm.

Reliability : 5
I don't like the amp being made in China. It pisses me off and scares me a little. I haven't had it long enough to know the reliability of it. I will say that if Bugera did make this amp in america ,... the price difference would suck horribly. It wouldn't have made it to the streets. 6505 or 6202 hmmm 100 buck difference.. Ill be honest I don't know what I would choose but, most people would go for the 6505 simply for name. I'm rating it a 5 cause china sucks.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I dont care about customer support. I take my amps to the shop down the road if they need fixed. If I hated it, I'd be caring though. send it back..lol

I've been playing 11-13 years. I've owned a hell of alot of gear Peavey, fender, boss gt-6, esp, a bunch of crap ,.. and a binch of good stuff. If I lose my Bugera ,.. I'll buy another one if their still as cheap. Honestly, I predict the price to go up a couple hundred $'s. I spent 4 months searching for this sound.... but, I wanted to spend less than $600 on ebay.. b-52 at-100, a good used 5150, I watched alot of amps go by in my range. Than I seen a review for this. At first I thought shit Behringer and that kinda killed it. Than I heard a sound clip... that got me. I will prolly never see an amp this amazing come out for this price in my lifetime.

Hands down,THE BEST BANG FOR BUCK PERIOD!!!I own an original 5150 Block Letter, and with a few tweaks on the tone knobs it sounds almost identical, but quieter,BRUTAL DISTORTION,a far better clean channel than the 5150 and Reverb. And for $450 bucks, you can afford to buy both the 6260 and a 333,and still be under a G note,FANTASTIC!
Keep in mind this is a copy of a 5150/6505,which is a copy of the Soldano SLO 100,which is a copy of Eddie's,original Modded Marshall Super Lead...I think you get the message.

Reliability : 10
Built like a tank, nice tight smooth pots, should last a very long time.

Customer Support : 10
I guess i'm fortunate,i've owned many amps over the years and have never had to deal with customer service,or any type of serviceing for that matter.

Overall Rating : 10
Look,if you wan't a Marshall, buy a Marshall, but if you wan't a fantastic amp with that great American Metal Tone, than this is it!And keep in mind unlike the 5150 or 6505,this can be biased for EL34 Tubes with the flick of a switch. If your familiar with the 5150 or 6505,you won't be disappointed, remember it's $450 bucks for a brand new amp, unless your a profesional musician,or a tone snob, you won't be disapointed.
Look,I already see allot of Bugera bashing taking place on the net. This is from guys who haven't even test driven the unit,or have listened to sound clips online. If your into the whole name dropping thing, than please do us all a favour and don't comment.
