This is a remake of the famous '59 Fender Tweed Deluxe. Chris (of CMW Amps) upgraded the amp with some mods and a Celestion AlnicoBlue speaker, Mercury Magnetics outputtransformer and a speaker simulated lineout. The amp is built with point-to-point wiring.
The channels and controls are the same as the original tweed deluxe, so there are 2 channels, both devided in 2 inputs for different tones, there are two volume controls (1 for each channel) and one tone control.
The amp is very versatile. I use it mainly for blues, rock 'n roll and indie.
The reason i'm giving a 9 and not a 10 is, you will have to play with the guitar volume knob a bit for some sounds. For me, this is not a problem at all, but for some people it is...

Sound Quality : 10
I use the amp with an american ash telecaster. The combination is very good.
As I said, there is only one tone knob and a volume knob per channel. The volume doesn't change much when you turn it up, just the saturation. So when you turn down the volume, you get a real nice warm clean sound and when you turn it up, with the right tone combination it gets more overdriven. When I play blues, no effects are needed at all to get that great raw overdriven sound.
Because of the alnico blue speaker, the sound is much warmer and fuller than the original tweed deluxe reissue, which in my opinion is better.
This amp can produce a variety of sounds. You need to play with the volume and tone knobs a bit, but when you get used to it, you can play almost any style with this amp, from blues to country and from rock to funk. I wouldn't try to play metal on it though;)
The amp is loud enough to use it onstage in small venues.

Reliability : 10
I would definately use this amp on a gog without a backup. It never let me down.

Customer Support : 10
Cris (of CMW Amps) is very friendly and helpful. He even made me a custom loadbox for the amp, so i can use it for practise purposes too!

Overall Rating : 10
Overall I can only say this amp deserves a 10! It's dependable, sounds awesome and if it would break or get stolen, I would definately ask chris to build me another one.
