2005 MODEL , 2 X 12" (EMINENCE Patriot), w/channel switching , boost , & effects loop; power switchable from Full ( 40 watts), Fixed (22 watts) to cathode (18 watts). Each of the 'EQ' knobs is very 'active'- allowing you to 'dial" in ANY tone( Fender Deluxe Reverb -Marshall Plexi- ENGL).It nails shimmering , bell-like clean ( George Harrison - Eric Johnson ) , warm , slightly edgy overdrive ( Jimi Hendrix - Robben Ford ), snarly, raw bite ( Neil Young... ), & soaring / screaming leads ( Steve Morse)! I play a Gibson Les Paul Classic ( w/P.A.F's),PRS McCarty ( w/P.A.F's), and a G & L "Bluesboy" ('Tele'). Coupled with the Slant 6, my guitars are far more 'responsive,' and 'touch-sensitive' than at anytime in my 20+ years of playing ( Blues-Rockabilly-Country-Rock-Jazz ).
