150 Watts Bridged Mono, 75 Watts Stereo depending on ohmage. "EQ Expand" mid-cut (nice feature), very LIGHT and very LOUD!
I wish the bridge function didn't require a Banana plug, but I can see why it does. Everything else is 1/4 inch.

Clean and loud! I sold my Carvin TS100 to lighten up my rack and I don't miss it a bit. This is the nicest solid state amp I've tried. Great power, even into 16 ohms. I use it with Boss GT-10 and Rocktron G300 Utopia with fantastic results.

Carvin's are bulletproof in the power-amp department. They're also "modular" meaning you can replace individual bits with no fuss if anything breaks.

I've dealt with them for different products in the past and they were always courteous and responsive.

I've been playing for almost 25 years and I'm getting harder to please but a desire for simpler gear. This fits the bill. Buy it without hesitation for your guitar or bass rack.

Its a basic stereo 75w/ch amp for less then $200. No features really to speak of but I wouldnt expect any at that price.
I purchased new 3 months ago. Its got great power (volume) for me to run JBL monitors and play guitar through it. Knobs set at about 30% is all the volume I can take (but I sit very close to the monitors). Its also fanless so no noise. It could have used a headphone output and a button to switch off the speakers. Rack mount unit thats 1 3/4" tall.

Clean as clean gets. No noise, even pink noise when cranked up. I use them for monitors and to play my guitar through over backings tracks. I use it for classic rock.

Its all metal and no fan. Volume knobs recessed so no risk of snapping off. It always seems to feel cool when I use it. I have it mounted in a rack with gap above and below for air flow. Ive run it for 3 months with no problems and would not ever expect any.

1 year warranty I think. Carvin store is nearby me and I have returned things for no particular reason before within the 30 day trial period and it was no hassle to get a refund.

its a great amp if you need one without fans and if you wait for a sale, an it seems to go on sale routinely, you can get one easily for less then 200.

I am currently using several Ibanes Rg 550 with DiMarzio Tone Zone in the bridge and Air Norton in the neck, also some Music Man Silhouettes with stock DiMarzio PAF pros, some Steinbegers, (the real deal) I play anything from Vai, Satirani, Gilbert, Joey Tafolla, etc. This amp regardless of its solid state feature is amazing and does not processed at all. It is very quiet and clean at the highest volume. I know almost everyone enjoys and likes Tubes for what ever reason it may be, but if you play the right notes and if you play good period your sound can come across any amp, including a cheapo.
Regardless, this is a great amp, I do use it with a tube preamp and it gives me very nice gorgeous clean chorus sounds, acoustic sounds, and outrageous distortion, very loud and proud. I very much recommended for anyone on a budget or anyone building a rig for small venues were you need to be heard.

Is it made by Carvin, what else can I say. I am the proud owner of a Legacy full stack and I have not gotten any problems for years, I also own other Carvin Guitars without complaints or concerns.
It is important to mention that if you are neglectful with your gear the result will reflect the treatment.

I've been playing for many, many years and like most readers I've owned about every piece of gear that has come out since 87, and I am proud to say that Carvin's stuff is just as good as the $3000.00 dollars amp that some play, plus is made in the USA. If it were stolen I would hunt the guy down and would beat the heck out of him and I would surely buy another one.
I have two other tube power amps a Mesa Boogie 100/100 and a Peavey Classic 50/50 but this one is way lighter and it delivers the sound I am after, but remember, ultimately your ear and your fingers determine how good or bad you will sound
